Celem projektu jest wzrost poziomu kwalifikacja zawodowych u 30 kobiet/mężczyzn z woj.warmińsko-mazurskiego poprzez realizowane w ramach projektu kursy z branży budowlanej:spawanie metodą TIG-141 FW FM2,MIG-131 FW i MAG-135 FW FM2 w okresie I.2019-XII.2019. Cel zostanie osiągnięty poprzez realizację następujących działań/zadań: organizację i przeprowadzenie 3 kursów prowadzących do podniesienia kwalifikacji. Odbiorcami wsparcia są osoby dorosłe z własnej inicjatywy zainteresowane podnoszeniem kompetencji i umiejętności zawodowych, które uczą się, pracują lub zamieszkują, w rozumieniu przepisów Kodeksu Cywilnego, na obszarze woj.warmińsko-mazurskiego, z wyłączeniem osób prowadzących działalność gospodarczą. Są to następujące kursy: kurs spawania metodą TIG-141 FW FM2,MIG-131 FW i MAG-135 FW FM2 Realizacja projektu ma przełożyć się na dostosowanie kompetencji i umiejętności zawodowych osób dorosłych do potrzeb rynku pracy. The aim of the project is to increase the level of professional qualifications in 30 women/man from Warmia-Mazury voivodship through courses in the construction industry implemented within the project: welding method TIG-141 FW FM2,MIG-131 FW and MAG-135 FW FM2 in the period I.2019-XII.2019. The objective will be achieved through the following actions/tasks: the organisation and conduct of 3 courses leading to the improvement of qualifications. Recipients of the support are adults on their own initiative interested in raising professional competences and skills, who learn, work or reside, within the meaning of the provisions of the Civil Code, in the area of Warmia-Mazury voivodship, with the exception of persons engaged in economic activity. These are the following courses: TIG-141 FW FM2,MIG-131 FW and MAG-135 FW FM2 Welding course The project is designed to adapt adult competences and professional skills to the needs of the labour market. L’objectif du projet est d’augmenter le niveau de qualification professionnelle de 30 femmes/hommes de la voïvodie de Warmia-Mazury au cours du projet: TIG-141 FW FM2,MIG-131 FW et MAG-135 FW FM2 au cours de la période I.2019-XII.2019. L’objectif sera atteint par la mise en œuvre des actions/tâches suivantes: organisation et organisation de 3 cours menant à la mise à niveau des compétences. Les bénéficiaires de l’aide sont des adultes de leur propre initiative désireux d’améliorer leurs compétences et leurs compétences professionnelles, qui apprennent, travaillent ou résident, au sens du Code civil, dans le domaine de la voïvodie de Warmia-Mazury, à l’exception des personnes exerçant une activité commerciale. Il s’agit des cours suivants: TIG-141 FW FM2,MIG-131 FW et MAG-135 FW FM2 Cours de soudage Le projet est conçu pour adapter les compétences et les compétences professionnelles des adultes aux besoins du marché du travail.
