Objective: Compare the effectiveness of the Otago Exercise Program (OEP) applied in a group versus individual way in non-institutionalised 65-80 year olds on the probability of falls, improving its dynamic and static balance and walking quality in the 12 months of follow-up. Design: Clinical trial of non-inferiority, multicenter, simple blindness (blindness in the analysis), with two interventions, application of the EPO group or individual, randomly assigned. The subjects of study will be selected from among those belonging to the basic area of Health Reef I, attended by the health center of Titerroy. The assignment of each individual to each of the study groups shall be performed randomly, the randomisation sequence shall be done per permuted block of 2, 4, 6. The randomisation sequence will be kept hidden. Intervention: The EPO has shown strong evidence in the prevention of falls at the community level. The Later Life Training (LLT) cascade training strategy designed to support the practical implementation of the EPO programme at Community level and the training platform designed in the European ProFouND project will be used.
