Celem głównym projektu jest zwiększenie możliwości zatrudnienia osób powyżej 29 roku życia pozostających bez pracy w powiecie skarżyskim. W ramach projektu wsparciem zostaną objęte osoby bezrobotne zarejestrowane w PUP Skarżysko-Kamienna powyżej 29 roku życia, należące do I lub II profilu pomocy i znajdujące się w szczególnej sytuacji na rynku pracy wg definicji przyjętej w RPO WŚ 2014-2020. Przewidywana grupa docelowa projektu wynosi 221 osób bezrobotnych (107 K i 114 M) zgodnie z powyższymi zapisami. W ramach projektu, dla każdego z uczestników przedstawienie konkretnej oferty aktywizacji zawodowej poprzedzi ustalenie profilu, przygotowanie Indywidualnego Planu Działania. Głównymi działaniami aktywizacji zawodowej skierowanymi do uczestników projektu oraz zmierzającymi do osiągnięcia założonego celu będą: usługi poradnictwa zawodowego i pośrednictwa pracy, staże, dofinansowanie wynagrodzenia za zatrudnienie bezrobotnego, który ukończył 50 rok życia, prace interwencyjne, jednorazowe środki na podjęcie działalności gospodarczej oraz refundacja kosztów wyposażenia lub doposażenia stanowiska pracy. Zakładamy, iż wszystkie wymienione formy wsparcia stworzą sprzyjające warunki dla złagodzenia sytuacji osób bezrobotnych na rynku pracy oraz będą realną pomocą w znalezieniu przez nich pracy. The main objective of the project is to increase the employability of people over 29 years of age who are unemployed in the Complaint County. The project will support unemployed persons registered in Skarżysko-Kamienna PUP over the age of 29, belonging to the I or II aid profile and who are in a special situation on the labour market as defined in the WWW ROP 2014-2020. The project’s target group is 221 unemployed (107 K and 114 M) according to the above provisions. As part of the project, for each participant, the presentation of a specific offer of professional activation will precede the determination of the profile, preparation of the Individual Action Plan. The main activities of professional activation aimed at the participants of the project and aiming at achieving the objective will be: vocational counseling and placement services, traineeships, compensation for employment of an unemployed person aged 50, intervention work, one-off measures for starting a business and reimbursement of the costs of equipment or retrofitting of the job. We assume that all these forms of support will create favourable conditions for alleviating the situation of unemployed people on the labour market and will be a real help in finding work. (English)

L’objectif principal du projet est d’accroître l’employabilité des personnes âgées de plus de 29 ans qui sont sans emploi dans le district de la plainte. Dans le cadre du projet, les chômeurs inscrits au PUP Skarżysko-Kamienna âgés de plus de 29 ans, qui appartiennent au premier ou au deuxième profil d’aide et qui se trouvent dans une situation particulière sur le marché du travail telle que définie dans le ROP WŚ 2014-2020, bénéficieront d’un soutien. Le groupe cible du projet est de 221 chômeurs (107 K et 114 M) selon les dispositions ci-dessus. Dans le cadre du projet, pour chaque participant, la présentation d’une offre spécifique d’activation professionnelle sera précédée par l’établissement d’un profil, la préparation d’un plan d’action individuel. Les principales activités d’activation professionnelle destinées aux participants au projet et visant à atteindre l’objectif déclaré seront les suivantes: services d’orientation professionnelle et de placement, stages, subventions salariales pour l’emploi d’un chômeur de plus de 50 ans, travail d’intervention, mesures ponctuelles de création d’entreprise et remboursement des frais d’équipement ou de modernisation du lieu de travail. Nous supposons que toutes ces formes de soutien créeront des conditions favorables pour alléger la situation des chômeurs sur le marché du travail et contribueront réellement à trouver un emploi.
