POWIAT SANDOMIERSKI/POWIATOWY URZĄD PRACY W SANDOMIERZU

Celem projektu jest zwiększenie możliwości zatrudnienia 163 osób bezrobotnych w wieku 30 lat i więcej pozostających bez pracy w powiecie sandomierskim. Wsparciem w projekcie objęte zostaną wyłącznie osoby zarejestrowane w Powiatowym Urzędzie Pracy w Sandomierzu, w wieku 30 lat i więcej (od dnia 30 urodzin), które znajdują się w szczególnej sytuacji na rynku pracy, tj. należą do przynajmniej jednej z poniższych kategorii: osoby w wieku 50 lat i więcej (od dnia 50 urodzin), kobiety, osoby z niepełnosprawnościami, osoby długotrwale bezrobotne, osoby z niskimi kwalifikacjami. Wsparcie zaplanowane w projekcie to usługi i instrumenty wskazane w ustawie z 20 kwietnia 2004 r. o promocji zatrudnienia i instytucjach rynku pracy takie jak: staże, prace interwencyjne, wyposażenie lub doposażenie stanowiska pracy oraz jednorazowe środki na podjęcie działalności gospodarczej. Udzielenie wsparcia w postaci usług i instrumentów wskazanych powyżej zostanie poprzedzone instrumentami i usługami rynku pracy służącymi indywidualizacji wsparcia oraz pomocy w zakresie określenia ścieżki zawodowej obejmującymi: - identyfikację potrzeb osób pozostających bez zatrudnienia oraz diagnozowanie możliwości w zakresie doskonalenia zawodowego, w tym identyfikację stopnia oddalenia od rynku pracy, - kompleksowe i indywidualne pośrednictwo pracy w zakresie wyboru zawodu zgodnego z kwalifikacjami i kompetencjami wspieranej osoby lub poradnictwo zawodowe w zakresie planowania rozwoju kariery zawodowej, w tym podnoszenia lub uzupełniania kompetencji i kwalifikacji zawodowych. Głównym rezultatem projektu będzie podjęcie zatrudnienia przez co najmniej 67 uczestników projektu oraz podjęcie prowadzenia działalności gospodarczej na własny rachunek przez 26 uczestników projektu. The aim of the project is to increase the employability of 163 unemployed people aged 30 and more who are unemployed in the Sandomierz County. The project will be supported only by persons registered at the County Labour Office in Sandomierz, aged 30 and over (from the 30th birthday) who are in a special labour market situation, i.e. they belong to at least one of the following categories: people aged 50 and over (50th birthday), women, persons with disabilities, long-term unemployed, people with low qualifications. The support planned in the project is the services and instruments indicated in the Act of 20 April 2004 on the promotion of employment and labour market institutions such as: traineeships, intervention work, equipment or retrofitting of the workplace and one-off measures for starting a business. Support in the form of the services and instruments indicated above will be preceded by labour market instruments and services for individualising support and assistance in defining the career path, including: — identification of the needs of persons without employment and diagnosing opportunities in the field of vocational training, including identification of the degree of distance from the labour market, – comprehensive and individual job intermediation in the selection of a profession compatible with the qualifications and competences of the supported person or career guidance in the planning of career development, including raising or supplementing professional competences and qualifications. The main result of the project will be the employment of at least 67 participants of the project and the establishment of a self-employed activity by 26 participants. (English)
