Celem projektu jest zwiększenie możliwości zatrudnienia osób powyżej 29 roku życia pozostających bez pracy w powiecie ostrowieckim. W ramach projektu wsparciem objęte zostaną osoby zarejestrowane jako bezrobotne, powyżej 29 roku życia zakwalifikowane do I (tzw. bezrobotni aktywni) lub II profilu pomocy (tzw. bezrobotni wymagający wsparcia). Głównym rezultatem projektu będzie podjecie zatrudnienia przez co najmniej 44% osób z wszystkich grup docelowych: osób długotrwale bezrobotnych, osób w wieku 50 lat i więcej, kobiet, osób z niepełnosprawnościami, osób z niskimi kwalifikacjami do poziomu ISCED 3. Dla każdego z uczestników projektu przedstawienie konkretnej oferty aktywizacji zawodowej poprzedzi ustalenie profilu pomocy (zgodnie z art. 33 ust. 2 b i c ustawy o promocji ...) oraz przygotowanie Indywidualnego Planu Działania. Na tej podstawie PUP realizować będzie odpowiednio dobrane usługi i instrumenty rynku pracy, o których mowa w ustawie o promocji zatrudnienia i instytucjach rynku pracy. (Polish)

The aim of the project is to increase the employability of people over 29 years of age who are unemployed in the Ostrowiec district. The project will support persons registered as unemployed, over 29 years of age qualified for I (so-called active unemployed) or II aid profile (so-called unemployed persons requiring support). The main outcome of the project will be the employment of at least 44 % of all target groups: long-term unemployed, people aged 50 and over, women, people with disabilities, low-skilled people up to ISCED level 3. For each project participant, the presentation of a specific offer of professional activation will precede the identification of the aid profile (according to Article 33). 2 b and c of the Act on Promotion...) and the preparation of an Individual Action Plan. On this basis, the PUP will implement appropriately selected labour market services and instruments referred to in the Act on the Promotion of Employment and Labour Market Institutions. (English)
