Celem projektu jest zwiększenie możliwości zatrudnienia osób powyżej 29 roku życia pozostających bez zatrudnienia w powiecie opatowskim. W ramach projektu wsparciem zostanie objęta grupa 294 osób bezrobotnych powyżej 29 roku życia ( 170 kobiet i 124 mężczyzn) zakwalifikowanych do profilu pomocy I (tzw. bezrobotni aktywni) lub profilu pomocy II ( tzw. wymagający wsparcia). Dla każdego z uczestników przedstawienie konkretnej oferty aktywizacji zawodowej poprzedzi analiza umiejętności, predyspozycji i problemów zawodowych danego uczestnika, na tej podstawie realizowane będą odpowiednio dobrane usługi i instrumenty rynku pracy. Spośród grupy 294 uczestników projektu: 267 osób zostanie skierowanych do odbycia stażu,3 osoby na szkolenie, 20 osób do prac interwencyjnych, 2 osoby zostaną skierowane do pracy w ramach refundacji kosztów doposażenia stanowiska pracy oraz 2 osoby otrzymają jednorazowe środki na rozpoczęcie własnej działalności gospodarczej. Głównym rezultatem projektu będzie podjęcie zatrudnienia przez 133 uczestników projektu ( 77 kobiet i 56 mężczyzn), w tym przez co najmniej: 44 % osób w wieku powyżej 50 roku życia ; 44 % kobiet; 44 % osób z niepełnosprawnościami; 44 % osób długotrwale bezrobotnych; 44 % osób o niskich kwalifikacjach. The aim of the project is to increase the employability of people over 29 years of age who are unemployed in the Abbot district. The project will support a group of 294 unemployed people over the age of 29 (170 women and 124 men) qualified for the aid profile I (so-called active unemployed) or the aid profile II (so-called “requiring support”). For each participant, the presentation of a specific offer of professional activation will be preceded by an analysis of the skills, predispositions and professional problems of the participant concerned, on this basis appropriately selected services and labour market instruments will be implemented. Among the 294 participants in the project: 267 people will be assigned to traineeships, 3 people for training, 20 people for intervention, 2 people will be directed to work as part of the reimbursement of the costs of retrofitting the workplace and 2 people will receive one-off funds to start their own business. The main result of the project will be the employment of 133 participants (77 women and 56 men), including at least: 44 % of people aged 50 or over; 44 % of women; 44 % of people with disabilities; 44 % of the long-term unemployed; 44 % of low-skilled people. L’objectif de ce projet est d’accroître les possibilités d’emploi pour les personnes âgées de plus de 29 ans qui sont au chômage dans le comté d’Opatów. Le projet soutiendra un groupe de 294 chômeurs âgés de plus de 29 ans (170 femmes et 124 hommes) éligibles au profil d’aide I (appelé «chômeurs actifs») ou au profil d’aide II (appelé «soutien requis»). Pour chaque participant, la présentation d’une offre spécifique d’activation professionnelle sera précédée d’une analyse des compétences, aptitudes et problèmes professionnels du participant concerné, sur la base desquels des services et des instruments du marché du travail sélectionnés de manière appropriée seront réalisés. Sur les 294 participants au projet: 267 personnes seront affectées à un stage, 3 personnes pour la formation, 20 personnes pour le travail d’intervention, 2 personnes seront affectées au travail dans le cadre du remboursement des frais de réaménagement du lieu de travail et 2 personnes recevront des fonds ponctuels pour démarrer leur propre entreprise. Le principal résultat du projet sera de 133 participants (77 femmes et 56 hommes), dont au moins: 44 % des personnes de plus de 50 ans; 44 % des femmes; 44 % des personnes handicapées; 44 % des chômeurs de longue durée; 44 % des personnes peu qualifiées.
