Основна цел на настоящото проектно предложение е рехабилитация на път III-559 Полски градец-Тополовград - с.Устрем от км 4+500 до км 23+520 и от км 35+060 до км 39+450, подобряване и модернизация на технико-експлоатационните характеристики на отсечката и постигане на еднородност на пътната настилка. Реализацията на проекта ще доведе до: повишаване на мобилността на населението, увеличаване на инвестициите в региона, създаване на нови работни места, подобряване на състоянието на околната среда, чрез намаляване на отделянето на вредни емисии на парникови газове и възможност за по-голям избор до здравни и образователни услуги на местното население, както и стимулиране развитието на туризъм. Чрез реализацията на рехабилитация на път III-559 ще бъдат удовлетворени потребностите на населението на Южен цетрален район на България, най-вече на жителите на област Хасково, както и транзитно преминаващите през региона.Основните дейности, които са заложени за успешната реализацията по проекта са:- Сформиране на екип за управление на проекта, който да координира всички дейности и участници в реализацията на проекта ;- Избор на изпълнител за извършване на строително-монтажни работи и дейности по информация и публичност на проекта, подписване на договор с него и извършване на рехабилитация на обекта;- Избор на изпълнител на строителен надзор (Консултант) на проекта, подписване на договор с него и извършване на консултантски услуги;- Осъществяване на авторски надзор на обекта;- Изпълнение на мерките по информация и публичност на проекта;- Въвеждане на обекта в експлоатация, верификация на разходите и отчитане на постигнатите резултати; (Bulgarian)

The main objective of this project proposal is rehabilitation of road III-559 Polski gradets-Topolovgrad — village of Ustrem from km 4+ 500 to km 23+ 520 and km 35+ 060 to km 39+ 450, improvement and modernisation of the technical and operational characteristics of the section and achieving uniformity of the road surface. The implementation of the project will lead to: increasing the mobility of the population, increasing investment in the region, creating new jobs, improving the state of the environment by reducing the emission of harmful greenhouse gas emissions and allowing more choice to health and education services for the local population, as well as stimulating the development of tourism. Through the implementation of rehabilitation of road III-559 will be met the needs of the population of the Southern Central Region of Bulgaria, especially of the residents of Haskovo region, as well as those transiting through the region. The main activities that are set for the successful implementation of the project are:- Forming a project management team to coordinate all activities and participants in the implementation of the project;- Selection of a contractor to carry out construction and installation works and activities on information and publicity of the project, signing a contract with it and carrying out rehabilitation of the site;- Selection of a contractor for construction supervision (Consultant) of the project, signing a contract with it and carrying out consulting services;- Implementation of author’s supervision of the site;- Implementation of measures on information and publicity of the project;- Introduction of the site into operation, verification of costs and reporting of the results achieved; (English)
