W ramach przedmiotowego Projektu zostanie przygotowany i uzbrojony teren pod przyszła inwestycję w przedsiębiorstwie Stawiska Rekreacja Marzena Atłas, Marta Kotowska-Sokołowska s.c. w Elblagu. Teren, którego dotyczy projekt znajduje się w Elblągu, przy ul.Kościuszki 134a, jego powierzchnia wynosi 0,8166ha. Zakres projektu: 1. Uporządkowanie terenu, w tym m.in.: niwelacja terenu, mury oporowe, wycinka drzew, uporządkowanie i oczyszczenie terenu. 2. Uzbrojenie terenu w zewnętrzne instalacje: • instalacja wodociągowa (roboty ziemne, roboty montażowe) • instalacja kanalizacji sanitarnej (roboty ziemne, roboty montażowe) • instalacja kanalizacji deszczowej (roboty ziemne, roboty montażowe) • instalację elektroenergetyczną (roboty ziemne, roboty montażowe) . 3. Przebudowa i budowa wewnętrznego układu komunikacyjnego (drogi wewnętrze, chodniki, parkingi) – powierzchnia 2.212,9m2. Projekt będzie wdrażany etapami, które są tożsame z zakresem projektu. Rozpoczęcie prac przewiduje się I kw 2018r., zakończenie - IV kw 2019r. Wykonanie Projektu jest niezbędne, z punktu widzenia realizacji przyszłej inwestycji: budowy centrum rekreacyjno-sportowego z zapleczem gastronomicznym w przedsiębiorstwie Stawiska Rekreacja s.c. w Elblągu. Inwestycja umożliwi rozwój firmy poprzez możliwość rozpoczęcia świadczenia kompleksowych usług rekreacyjno-sportowych, które do tej pory nie mogły być świadczone z uwagi na brak odpowiedniej infrastruktury. Dzięki tym działaniom wzrośnie konkurencyjność przedsiębiorstwa co wpisuje się w założenia opisane w SZOOP WiM Oś 1 cel tematyczny 3. Analiza formalno-prawna potwierdza pełną wykonalność inwestycji. Przedsięwzięcie będzie finansowane ze środków własnych spółki (52,1%) oraz dotacji (47,9%). (Polish)

As part of this project, the site will be prepared and armed for future investment in the company Stawiska Recreacja Marzena Atłas, Marta Kotowska-Sokołowska s.c. in Elblag. The area covered by the project is located in Elbląg, at ul.Kościuszki 134a, its area is 0.8166 ha. Scope of the project: 1. Tidying up the area, including: land levelling, resistance walls, tree cutting, order and clean-up. 2. Equipping the site with external installations: • water supply system (ground robots, assembly works) • sanitary sewerage installation (ground robots, assembly works) • rainwater drainage system (ground robots, assembly works) • power installation (ground robots, assembly works). 3. Reconstruction and construction of the internal communication system (internal roads, sidewalks, parking lots) – area of 2212.9 m². The project will be implemented in stages which are identical to the scope of the project. The start of work is planned for the first quarter of 2018, completion of the fourth quarter of 2019. The implementation of the Project is necessary from the point of view of the realisation of the future investment: construction of a recreational and sport centre with catering facilities in the company Stawiska Recreation s.c. in Elbląg. The investment will enable the company to develop through the possibility to start providing comprehensive recreational and sports services, which so far could not be provided due to the lack of adequate infrastructure. Thanks to these measures, the company’s competitiveness will increase, which is in line with the assumptions described in SZOOP WiM Axis 1 thematic objective 3. Formal and legal analysis confirms the full feasibility of the investment. The project will be financed from the company’s own resources (52.1 %) and grants (47.9 %). (English)

Dans le cadre de ce projet, le site sera préparé et armé pour un futur investissement dans Stawiska Recreation Marzena Atłas, Marta Kotowska-Sokołowska s.c. à Elblag. La zone couverte par le projet est située à Elbląg, à ul.Kościuszki 134a, sa superficie est de 0,8166 ha. Portée du projet: 1. Nettoyage du terrain, y compris, mais sans s’y limiter: mise à niveau du terrain, murs de soutènement, abattage des arbres, commande et nettoyage du site. 2. Équiper le site d’installations externes: • approvisionnement en eau (travaux de terre, travaux d’assemblage) • système d’assainissement sanitaire (travaux de terre, travaux d’assemblage) • système d’eau de pluie (travaux de terre, travaux d’assemblage) • centrale électrique (travaux de terre, travaux d’assemblage). 3. Reconstruction et construction d’un système de communication interne (routes intérieures, trottoirs, parkings) — une superficie de 2 212,9 m². Le projet sera mis en œuvre en phases identiques à la portée du projet. Les travaux devraient débuter au premier trimestre 2018, achèvement — quatrième trimestre 2019. L’exécution du projet est nécessaire, du point de vue de la mise en œuvre de l’investissement futur: construction d’un centre récréatif et sportif avec des installations de restauration dans la société Stawiska Recreacja s.c. à Elbląg. L’investissement permettra le développement de l’entreprise grâce à la possibilité de commencer à fournir des services récréatifs et sportifs complets, qui jusqu’à présent n’ont pas pu être fournis en raison du manque d’infrastructures adéquates. Grâce à ces mesures, la compétitivité de l’entreprise augmentera, ce qui est conforme aux hypothèses décrites dans l’objectif thématique 3 du SZOOP WiM Axis 1. L’analyse formelle et juridique confirme la faisabilité totale de l’investissement. Le projet sera financé sur les ressources propres de l’entreprise (52,1 %) et des subventions (47,9 %). (French)
