С реализацията на настоящия проект се цели създаване на работни места за безработни и неактивни лица посредством предоставянето на възможност за тяхното професионално развитие и усъвършенстване на техните умения. В този смисъл настоящият проект е насочен изцяло към подобряване достъпа до заетост и качеството на работните места, чрез съчетание от дейности за интегриране на безработни и неактивни лица, търсещи работа. С изпълнение на проектните дейности ще се инвестира в човешки капитал посредством адекватни мерки за създаване на нови работни места с дългосрочна устойчивост. Изпълнението на проекта предвижда повишаване на икономическата активност, адаптивност на пазара на труда и постоянна заетост за 20 безработни и неактивни лица, които ще бъдат назначени на работа. Разкриването на нови работни места в „Сигротех Технолоджи” ЕООД е насочено изцяло към нуждите на целевата група свързани с необходимостта от създаване на възможности за тяхната трудова реализация и упражняване правото им на труд. С реализацията на дейностите по проекта също така ще се осигури подходяща работна среда, необходима за успешното изпълнение на професионалните задължения на новонаетите за проекта представители на целевата група, чрез закупуване на оборудване, офис обзавеждане и транспортни средства.В крайна сметка изпълнението на настоящия проект ще допринесе за подобряване адаптивността на безработни и неактивни лица, което ще доведе и до увеличаване производителността на работната сила, качеството на предоставяните услуги и разширяване на пазарните позиции на „Сигротех Технолоджи” ЕООД. The implementation of this project aims to create jobs for unemployed and inactive people by providing opportunities for their professional development and improving their skills. In this sense, this project aims entirely at improving access to employment and job quality through a combination of activities to integrate unemployed and inactive jobseekers. The project activities will invest in human capital through adequate measures to create new jobs with long-term sustainability. The implementation of the project foresees increased economic activity, adaptability of the labour market and permanent employment for 20 unemployed and inactive people to be employed. The creation of new jobs in “Sigrotech Technology” Ltd. is focused entirely on the needs of the target group related to the need to create opportunities for their employment and exercise their right to work. The implementation of the project activities will also provide a suitable working environment, necessary for the successful fulfilment of the professional obligations of the representatives of the target group newly hired for the project, through the purchase of equipment, office furniture and means of transport. After all, the implementation of this project will contribute to improving the adaptability of unemployed and inactive persons, which will also lead to an increase in productivity of the workforce, the quality of the services provided and the expansion of the market positions of “Sigrotech Technology” EOOD.
