Celem projektu jest zwiększenie możliwości zatrudnienia osób powyżej 29 roku życia, pozostających bez pracy w powiecie kieleckim. Głównym rezultatem projektu będzie podjęcie zatrudnienia przez 253 osób zarejestrowanych w PUP. W ramach projektu wsparciem objęte zostaną osoby powyżej 29 roku życia, zakwalifikowane do profilu I (tzw. bezrobotni aktywni) lub profilu II (tzw. wymagający wsparcia). W ramach projektu dla każdego z uczestników przedstawienie konkretnej oferty aktywizacji zawodowej poprzedzi analiza umiejętności, predyspozycji i problemów zawodowych danego uczestnika. Na tej podstawie PUP realizować będzie odpowiednio dobrane usługi i instrumenty rynku pracy, o których mowa w Ustawie o promocji zatrudnienia i instytucjach rynku pracy. (Polish)

The aim of the project is to increase the employability of people over 29 years of age who are unemployed in Kielce County. The main result of the project will be the employment of 253 people registered in the PUP. The project will support people over 29 years of age, qualified to profile I (so-called active unemployed) or profile II (so-called “requiring support”). As part of the project for each participant, the presentation of a specific offer of professional activation will precede the analysis of the skills, predispositions and professional problems of the participant. On this basis, the PUP will implement appropriately selected labour market services and instruments referred to in the Act on the Promotion of Employment and Labour Market Institutions. (English)

L’objectif du projet est d’accroître les possibilités d’emploi pour les personnes âgées de plus de 29 ans qui sont au chômage dans le district de Kielce. Le principal résultat du projet sera de 253 personnes inscrites à l’OLP pour occuper un emploi. Le projet soutiendra les personnes de plus de 29 ans qui sont éligibles au profil I (appelé «chômeur actif») ou au profil II (ce que l’on appelle un soutien). Dans le cadre du projet pour chaque participant, la présentation d’une offre spécifique d’activation professionnelle sera précédée d’une analyse des compétences, aptitudes et problèmes professionnels du participant. Sur cette base, l’OLP mettra en œuvre des services et des instruments du marché du travail sélectionnés de manière appropriée, visés dans la loi sur la promotion de l’emploi et des institutions du marché du travail.
