Настоящия проект има за цел: "Подобряване на качеството на работните места, чрез създаване на детски кът за децата на служителите в „ЕНДОРЕП” ЕООД и "ИНДУСТРИАЛ МУВИНГ" ООД". Тази цел ще се постигне чрез следните специфични цели:1. Да се въведе нова социална придобивка в предприятията за повишаване на удовлетвореността от труда на родителите в заетост, чрез създаване на необходимите предпоставки за полагане на пълноценни грижи към деца им. 2. Да се предостави възможност на безработни лица, за повишаване на компетентностите им и включване в трудова заетост.Тези цели ще бъдат постигнати посредством следната последователност от дейности:Дейност 1: Адаптиране и оборудване на подходящо помещение за полагане на почасови грижи за деца;Дейност 2: Подбор и обучение на безработни лица, регистрирани в ДБТ за полагане на грижи за деца в детския кът;Дейност 3: Включване в заетост на подбаните безработни лица за полагане на грижи за деца в детския кътЧрез реализирането на тези дейности ще се постигнат следните измерими резултати:- ще се осигури въвеждане на нова социална придобивка в две фирми - ще се разкрият нови работни места за 4 безработни, с цел осигуряване на шанс за трайната им заетост;- ще се създаде и оборудва 1 детски кът- на 22 родители ще се осигури по-добро съвместяване на семейния и професионалния живот- на 20 деца ще се осигури допълнителна грижа (Bulgarian)

This project aims to: “Improvement of the quality of the workplaces by creating a children’s playground for the children of employees in”ENDOREP“Ltd. and”INDUSTRIAL MUVING“Ltd.”. This objective will be achieved through the following specific objectives:1. To introduce a new social benefit in enterprises to increase the job satisfaction of parents in employment by creating the necessary conditions for full care of their children. 2. To enable unemployed people to increase their competences and employment.These objectives will be achieved through the following sequence of activities: Action 1: Adaptation and equipment of appropriate room for part-time childcare;Action 2: Selection and training of unemployed persons registered with the State Agency for Child Care in the children’s playground;Action 3: The following measurable results will be achieved through the implementation of these activities:- will ensure the introduction of a new social benefit in two companies — will create new jobs for 4 unemployed people in order to provide a chance for their long-term employment;- will create and equip 1 children’s playground — 22 parents will be provided with a better reconciliation of family and professional life — 20 children will be provided with additional care (English)
