Celem projektu jest poprawa jakości śr natur w gminie poprzez kompleksową termomodernizację budynków użyteczności publicznej. W ramach projektu wykonane zostaną prace polegające na kompleksowej termomodernizacji obiektów użyteczności publicznej: Urzędu Gminy w m. Słupia oraz Szkoły Podstawowej w m. Pilczyca. Przedmiotowy projekt jest spójny zgodny z "PGN", którego celem jest poprawa jakości powietrza do poziomów dopuszczalnych i docelowych, mi.in. poprzez ograniczenie emisji z systemów grzewczych, dzięki przeprowadzonej głębokiej termomodernizacji budynków użyteczności publicznej. Zadania przewidziane w projekcie: 1 Opracowanie dokumentacji projektowej, w tym: audytów energetycznych studium wykonalności dokumentacji budowlanej inwestycji 2 Termomodernizacja budynków użyteczności publicznej, w tym: prace budowlane związane z termomodernizacją budynku Urzędu Gminy w Słupi oraz budynku Szkoły Podstawowej w Pilczycy. 3 Nadzów budowlany, w tym: pełnienie funkcji inspektora nadzoru budowlanego 4 Promocja projektu, w tym: wykonanie tablic informacyjnych i pamiątkowych 4 szt. 5 Zarządzanie projektem, w tym: koszty osobowe działań związanych z zarządzaniem projektem, bieżącym monitoringiem i rozliczaniem projektu W wyniku realizacji projektu zostaną osiągnięte następujące wskaźniki: 1 Wskaźniki rezultatu bezpośredniego ilość zaoszczędzonej energii elektrycznej – 121,81 MWh/rok ilość zaoszczędzonej energii cieplnej – 3 281,09 GJ zmniejszenie zużycie energii końcowej w wyniku realizacji projektów – 3 471,30 GJ 2 Wskaźniki produktu szacowany roczny spadek emisji gazów cieplarnianych 294,84 tony równoważnika CO2/rok liczba wybudowanych jednostek wytwarzania energii elektrycznej z OZE – 2 szt liczba zmod. energetycznie budynków – 2 szt powierzchnia użytkowa budynków poddanych termomodernizacji – 2295,2 m2 zmniejszenie rocznego zużycia energii pierwotnej w budynkach publicznych 1231,38 MWh/rok liczba zmod. źródeł ciepła – 2 szt (Polish)

The aim of the project is to improve the quality of nature in the commune through comprehensive thermomodernisation of public buildings. As part of the project, works will be carried out on a comprehensive thermomodernisation of public utility facilities: Municipal Office in Słupia and Primary School in Pilczyca. This project is consistent with the ‘PGN’, which aims to improve air quality to acceptable and target levels, e.g. by reducing emissions from heating systems, thanks to a deep thermal modernisation of public buildings. Tasks foreseen in the project: 1 Development of design documentation, including: energy audits study of feasibility of building documentation of the investment 2 Thermomodernisation of public utility buildings, including: construction works related to the thermal modernisation of the building of the Municipal Office in Słupi and the building of the Primary School in Pilczyca. 3 Construction Overheads, including: performance of the function of building supervision inspector 4 Promotion of the project, including: production of information and commemorative plaques 4 pcs. 5 Project management, including: personnel costs of actions related to project management, ongoing monitoring and project accounting As a result of the project implementation, the following indicators will be achieved: 1 Indicators of the direct amount of electricity saved – 121.81 MWh/year the amount of thermal energy saved – 3 281.09 GJ reduction of final energy consumption as a result of projects – 3 471.30 GJ 2 Product indices estimated annual decrease in greenhouse gas emissions 294.84 tonnes CO2 equivalent/year number of built units of electricity generation from RES – 2 units in energy modes of buildings – 2 pcs usable area of thermally modernised buildings – 2295.2 m² reduction in annual energy consumption 1231.2 m² (English)

L’objectif du projet est d’améliorer la qualité de la nature dans la municipalité grâce à une thermomodernisation complète des bâtiments publics. Dans le cadre du projet, des travaux seront réalisés en vue d’une thermomodernisation complète des services publics: Le bureau municipal de Słupia et l’école primaire de Pilczyca. Ce projet est cohérent avec le PGN, qui vise à améliorer la qualité de l’air pour limiter et cibler les niveaux, y compris en réduisant les émissions des systèmes de chauffage grâce à la thermomodernisation profonde des bâtiments publics.
