Cílem projektu je rekonstrukce administrativní budovy, na adrese Kraslická č.p.250, 362 21 Nejdek, p.č. 376, k.ú. Nejdek (702625) a snížení její energetické náročnosti. Žadatel zakoupil nemovitost v dražbě od původních majitelů v zanedbaném stavu. Objekt je využíván pro administrativu se sociálním zázemím. Zlepšením tepelně technických vlastností obálky budovy, střechy a výplně otvorů; rekonstrukcí systému vytápění a osvětlení dojde ke zprovoznění budovy v požadovaném energetickém standardu. a. (Czech)

The aim of the project is to reconstruct the administrative building at Kraslická č.p.250, 362 21 Nejdek, p.č. 376, k.ú. Nejdek (702625) and the reduction of its energy performance. The applicant purchased the property at auction from the original owners in a neglected state. The building is used for administration with social background. Improving the thermally technical properties of the building envelope, the roof and the filling of the openings; the reconstruction of the heating and lighting system will bring the building into operation in the required energy standard. a. L’objectif du projet est la reconstruction du bâtiment administratif de Kraslická no 250, 362 Nejdek, p. 376, k.ú. Nejdek (702625) et la réduction de son intensité énergétique. Le demandeur a acheté la propriété aux enchères auprès des propriétaires initiaux dans un état négligé. Le bâtiment est utilisé pour l’administration avec des antécédents sociaux. Amélioration des propriétés thermiques techniques de l’enveloppe du bâtiment, du toit et du remplissage d’ouverture; la rénovation du système de chauffage et d’éclairage permettra au bâtiment de fonctionner selon la norme énergétique requise.
