Общата цел на проекта е да се повишат способността на заетите лица със средно и по-ниско образование във фирмата да посрещнат настъпващите бързи промени на пазара на труда в резултат на глобализацията и технологичните промени.Специфичната цел на проекта е да се повиши професионалната квалификация и ключовите умения на 10 заети лица със средно и по ниско образование съобразно нуждите на "Б и С стил", като по този начин се създадат условия за устойячива заетост и по-качествени работни места. В рамките на проекта 10 лица от целевата група ще преминат обучение за придобиване на професионална квалификация по Професия "Моделиер - технолог на облекло", Специалност "Конструиране, моделиране и технология на облекло от текстил" и обучение по Ключова компетентност 2 "Общуване на чужди езици" - Английски език. Всички лица ще имат възможността да получат знания и умения от външен доставчик, чиито програми за обучение ще бъдат съобразени с изискванията на работодателя.Проектът предвижда дейности за информация и комуникация, съобразени с изискванията на Единен наръчник на бенефициента за прилагане на правилата за информация и комуникация 2014-2020 г., публикуван на интернет страницата на УО и МИГ. The overall objective of the project is to increase the ability of employed persons with medium and lower education in the company to meet the rapid changes in the labour market due to globalisation and technological changes. The specific objective of the project is to increase the professional qualification and key skills of 10 employees with secondary and lower education according to the needs of “B and S style”, thus creating conditions for sustainable employment and better quality jobs. In the framework of the project, 10 persons from the target group will receive training in the professional qualification “Modelier — technologist of clothing”, Specialty “Construsion, modelling and technology of textile clothing” and training in Key Competence 2 “Communication of Foreign Languages” — English. All persons will have the opportunity to obtain knowledge and skills from an external provider whose training programs will be in line with the requirements of the employer. The project provides for information and communication activities in accordance with the requirements of the Beneficiary’s Single Manual for the implementation of the rules for information and communication 2014-2020, published on the website of the MA and LAG.
