По проекта ще бъдат назначени на трудови договори шест лица, които отговарят на целевата група. От тях 2 лица ще бъдет безработни младежи до 29 г., 3 безработни лица на възраст над 54 г. и 1 неактивно или безработно лице, което ще бъде на възраст от 30 до 54 г. Съгласно категорията по НКПД 2011 и обхвата на единичните групи професии от 2 до 9 клас: 3 лица - клас 3 Техници и приложни специалисти, 3434 Майстор - готвач и 3 лица - клас 5 Персонал, зает с услуги за населението, търговия и охрана, от които 1 лице 5132 Барман и 2 лица 5223 Продавач - консултант. След сключването на трудовите договори с лицата от целевата група, те ще бъдат включени в обучение за част от професия по втора квалификационна степен с продължителност от 300 учебни часа, както следва: 3 лица ще бъдат обучени по професия "Готвач", 2 лица "Продавач - консултант" и 1 лице по професия "Сервитьор - Барман". В съответствие с действащото българско законодателство, след завършването на дейностите по професионална квалификация на участниците ще бъдат издадени съответни документи.Предвижда се да бъде закупено оборудване за новите работни места, които ще бъдат разкрити по проекта. Оборудването за шесте работни места включва: тестомесачка, конвектомат за закуски, фурна за пици, колбасорезачка, фризер вертикален, кафе машина (еспресо), кафемелачка, хладилник с вратички и хоризонтална хладилна витрина.Ще бъде изработена и поставена на видно място табела, ще се изработят и раздадат 700 бр. брошури и ще се изработят и поставят на закупеното по проекта оборудване 12 броя информационни стикера. Предприетите за тази цел мерки ще са в съответствие с "Единия наръчник на бенефициента за прилагане на правилата за информация и комуникация 2014 -2020 г." Цялостната дейност по организация и управление на проекта ще се ръководи от екип, които ще отговаря за изпълнението на проектните дейности и тяхното отчитане съобразно Ръководството на бенефициента и изискванията на Договарящия орган. The project will recruit six persons corresponding to the target group on employment contracts. Of these, 2 people will be unemployed young people up to 29 years of age, 3 unemployed persons over 54 years old and 1 inactive or unemployed person who will be aged 30 to 54. According to the UCTD 2011 category and the scope of the single groups of professions from 2 to 9 grades: 3 persons — Class 3 Technicians and Applied Specialists, 3434 Master — Chef and 3 persons — Class 5 Staff engaged in services for the population, trade and security, of which 1 person 5132 Barman and 2 persons 5223 Salesperson — consultant. After the conclusion of the employment contracts with the targeted persons, they will be involved in training for part of a second qualification occupation of 300 hours of study as follows: 3 persons will be trained by profession “Cooker”, 2 persons “Seller — Consultant” and 1 person by profession “Servator — Barman”. In accordance with the Bulgarian legislation in force, after completion of the professional qualification activities, relevant documents will be issued to the participants. It is planned to purchase equipment for the new jobs that will be opened under the project. Equipment for six workplaces includes: dough mixer, convector for snacks, pizza oven, sausage cutter, freezer vertical, coffee machine (espresso), coffee grinder, refrigerator with doors and horizontal refrigeration showcase. It will be made and placed in a prominent place, will be produced and distributed 700 brochures and will be produced and placed on the equipment purchased under the project 12 pieces of information stickers. The measures taken to this end will be in accordance with the “Beneficiary’s Single Manual for the application of the rules on information and communication 2014-2020”. The overall activity of the organisation and management of the project will be managed by a team, which will be responsible for the implementation of the project activities and their reporting in accordance with the Beneficiary’s Guide and the requirements of the Contracting Authority.
