Záměrem projektu žadatele je rekonstrukce budovy obecního úřadu na 3 sociální by. V rámci stavebních úprav objektu vznikne 3x 3+KK o velikosti 62,2m2, 62,2m2 a o velikosti 64,8m2. Uživateli sociálního bytu budou osoby z cílové skupiny dané výzvou IROP č. 34. Sociální byt splňuje parametry sociálního bydlení, stanovené pro IROP, technické parametry, finanční parametry, podmínky segregace a nakládání se sociálními byty. a. (Czech)

The intention of the applicant’s project is to reconstruct the building of the municipal office to 3 social by. L’objectif du projet de la requérante est de reconstruire le bâtiment de l’office municipal sur 3 social par. 3x 3+KK d’une taille de 62,2 m², 62,2 m² et 64,8 m² seront créés dans le cadre des modifications du bâtiment. Les utilisateurs de l’appartement social seront des personnes du groupe cible donnée par l’appel IROP 34. L’appartement social répond aux paramètres de logement social définis pour l’IROP, aux paramètres techniques, financiers, aux conditions de ségrégation et à la gestion du logement social. (French)
