Předmětem projektu je vybudovat v obci Rovensko nové sociální byty pro osoby, které se nacházejí v bytové nouzi. Díky celkové rekonstrukci nevyužívaného objektu vzniknou celkem 3 malometrážní bytové jednotky. Objekt se nachází v blízkosti centra obce v blízkosti objektů občanské vybavenosti. Nebude se tedy jednat o okrajovou nebo vyloučenou část obce. Projekt je realizován na území správního obvodu obce s rozšířenou působností Zábřeh, na jehož území se nachází sociálně vyloučená lokalita. a. (Czech)

The object of the project is to build new social apartments in the village of Rovensko for those in need of housing. Thanks to the overall reconstruction of the unused building, a total of 3 small-scale housing units will be created. The property is located near the center of the village near the buildings of amenities. It will therefore not be a marginal or excluded part of the municipality. L’objet du projet est de construire de nouveaux appartements sociaux dans le village de Rovensko pour les personnes ayant besoin d’un logement. Grâce à la reconstruction totale de l’objet inutilisé, un total de 3 petites unités résidentielles seront créées. La propriété est située près du centre du village près des bâtiments de commodités civiques. Il ne s’agira donc pas d’une partie marginale ou exclue de la municipalité. Le projet est réalisé sur le territoire du district administratif de la commune de Zábřeh, sur le territoire duquel se trouve une localité socialement exclue. (French)
