Rekrutacja na podst.wniosku i jego oceny Proj.dostarcza MŚP (pomoc de minimis) usług zg.ze standardami SOOIPP: -podst. dla bież.funkcjonowania, zarządz.firmą -specjalist. dla rozwoju innowacyjnych produktów, umocnienia poz.rynkowej, rozwoju syst. zarządz.i sprzedaży Usługi projekt.w oparciu o analizę potrzeb interesariuszy, służą możliwościom ich zaspokojenia (badania ankiet.2017) Świadczone przez trenerów,praktyków biznesu z dośw.-min.2-lata W efekcie MŚP uzyskają zdolność samodzielnego konkurowania na rynku w oparciu o model biznesowy działaln., z gotowym do rozwoju sprzedaży produktem/usługą, uzupełnionymi m.in. o strategię marketingową. Monitoring Proj.m.in. dla bież. oceny satysfakcji MŚP i dostosow. oferty do potrzeb MŚP Proj.zg. z SZOOP poddz.1.3.1 RPO WiM. Promuje przedsiębiorczość, stwarza warunki wsparcia rozwoju młodych MŚP. W efekcie zwiększa szanse gosp. wykorz. nowych pomysłów, kreacji nowych i rozwoju konkurenc. młodych firm, poziomu inwestycji prywat. uzupełniających wsparcie publ. dla firm- wsparte firmy w dalszy rozwój będą inwestować też środki własne Partnerzy z potenc. instytucjonalnym (techn.,kadrowy, organizacyjny) i dośw. w inkubacji MŚP. Recruitment on the basis of the proposal and its evaluation The project provides SMEs (de minimis aid) with SOOIPP standards: —subst. for running, management -specialist. for the development of innovative products, strengthening of the market, development of management and sales.Project services, based on analysis of the needs of stakeholders, serve the possibilities of satisfying them (research of surveys.2017) Provided by coaches, business practitioners from over-min.2-years As a result, SMEs will gain the ability to market independently compete on the market. Monitoring Proj.m. e.g. for the evaluation of SME satisfaction and customise the offer to the needs of SMEs Proj.zg. z SZOOP subdz.1.3.1 RPO WiM. Promotes entrepreneurship, creates the conditions for supporting the development of young SMEs. As a result, it increases the chances of new ideas, creation and development of young companies, the level of private investment. complementing the support of publ. for companies- supported companies will also invest own funds in institutional (techn., human resources, organizational) and in the incubation of SMEs.
