Projekt polega na stworzeniu w firmie działu B+R aby podnieść efektywność w procesie oczyszczania detali w procesach produkcji jak i po, przy wykorzystaniu układów drgających oraz środków biodegradowalnych na bazie roztworów wodnych. Jednocześnie pozwoli to na produkcję innowacyjnego systemu urządzeń ultradźwiękowych o dużej koncentracji energii do dezintegracji surowców w procesach produkcji. W dziale B+R zostanie stworzone swoiste laboratorium czystości umożliwiające zweryfikowanie skuteczności naszych myjek oraz osiąganych parametrów czystości w procesie mycia w różnych środowiskach chemicznych. W związku z powyższym w ramach realizowanego projektu zostaną przeprowadzone dwa działania: 1) Rozbudowa hali produkcyjnej na potrzeby utworzenia działu B+R 2) Zakup wyposażenie badawczego służącego w pracy zarówno nad konstrukcją urządzeń w tym przetworników ultradźwiękowych jak i zastosowaniem odpowiednich środków chemicznych w procesie mycia lub defragmentacji przy użyciu fal ultradźwiękowych: • CNC • Dejonizator • Dygistorium nastołowe • Agregat wody lodowej • Suszarka • Mieszadła do chemii z zbiornikiem 2 szt. • Łaźnia wodna • Szafa bezpieczeństwa na kwasy i zasady 2 szt • Szafa bezpieczenstwa • Szafka z szufladą • Szafa dwudrzwiowa • stół przyścienny • stół wyspowy • Wyposażenie laboratoryjne ( fiolki, kolby, waga) • Wanny zanurzeniowe z suwnicą 2szt. • Zbiornik grzewczy do chemii i kejów Hot Melt • Komputer z oprogramowaniem • Mikroskop Zakup powyższej infrastruktury wypełnia zapisy w SZOOP dla I osi priorytetowej, działanie 1.2.1. w zakresie projektu dotyczące wsparcie infrastruktury B+R tj. stworzenia zaplecza badawczo-rozwojowego w postaci: działów B+R w przedsiębiorstwie (w tym laboratoriów). TYP 1 projektu wskazany w SZOOP. Zakres rzeczowy projektu będzie realizowany w etapach. W I etapie (IV.17-IV.18) zostanie rozbudowana hala produkcyjna, by potem w drugim etapie zainstalować w niej wyposażenie lab (IV.18-IX.18) (Polish)

The project involves the creation of a R & D department in order to increase efficiency in the cleaning of details in and after production processes, using vibration systems and biodegradable products based on aqueous solutions. At the same time, this will allow the production of an innovative system of ultrasonic devices with high energy concentration to disintegrate raw materials in production processes. In the R & D section, a specific purity laboratory will be created to verify the effectiveness of our washing machines and achieved purity parameters in the cleaning process in various chemical environments. Therefore, two actions will be carried out within the framework of the project: 1) Expansion of the production hall for the purpose of establishing a R & D section 2) Purchase of research equipment for both the construction of equipment including ultrasonic transducers and the use of appropriate chemicals in the washing or defragmentation process using ultrasonic waves: • CNC • Deioniser • Teen Dygistorium • Ice Water Unit • Dryer • Chemistry Mixers with Tank 2 pcs. • Water bath • Safety cabinet for acids and bases 2 pcs • Safety cabinet • Locker with drawer • Two-door cupboard • wall table • island table • Laboratory equipment (vials, flasks, weight) • immersion baths with overhead crane 2pcs. • Hot Melt chemical and kej heating tank • Computer with software • Microscope Purchase of the above infrastructure fills the records in SZOOP for priority axis I, action 1.2.1. in the scope of the project concerning support for R & D infrastructure i.e. creation of R & D facilities in the form of: R & D departments in the enterprise (including laboratories). Type 1 of the project indicated in the SZOOP. The project’s material scope will be implemented in stages. Le projet consiste à créer un département de R & D dans l’entreprise afin d’accroître l’efficacité dans le processus de nettoyage des détails dans les processus de production et après, en utilisant des systèmes de vibrations et des produits biodégradables basés sur des solutions aqueuses. Dans le même temps, il permettra la production d’un système innovant d’appareils à ultrasons à forte concentration d’énergie pour la désintégration des matières premières dans les processus de production. Dans le département R & D, un laboratoire de propreté spécifique sera créé pour vérifier l’efficacité de nos rondelles et les paramètres de pureté atteints dans le processus de lavage dans divers environnements chimiques. En conséquence, deux actions seront menées dans le cadre du projet: 1) Agrandissement de la salle de production pour la création du département de R & D 2) Achats d’équipements de recherche pour la conception d’équipements comprenant des transducteurs à ultrasons et l’utilisation de produits chimiques appropriés dans le processus de lavage ou de défragmentage à l’aide d’ondes ultrasoniques: • CNC • Déioniseur • Dygistorium de table • Agrégat d’eau glacée • Séchoir • Mélangeurs de chimie avec réservoir de 2 pcs. • Bain d’eau • Armoire de sécurité acide et alcalin 2 pcs • Armoire de sécurité • Armoire à tiroir • Armoire à deux portes • Table murale • Table d’île • Équipement de laboratoire (viales, fioles, poids) • Tubes submersibles avec grue 2pcs. L’achat de l’infrastructure ci-dessus remplit le SZOOP pour l’axe prioritaire I, action 1.2.1. sur le projet de soutien à l’infrastructure de R & D, c’est-à-dire la création d’installations de R & D sous la forme: Les services de R & D de l’entreprise (y compris les laboratoires). Type 1 du projet tel qu’indiqué dans le SZOOP. La portée substantielle du projet sera mise en œuvre par étapes. Au cours de la phase I (IV.17-IV.18), la salle de production sera agrandie pour installer l’équipement de laboratoire dans la deuxième étape (IV.18-IX.18). (French)
