CELEM PROJEKTU JEST zapewnienie wysokiej jakości edukacji przedszkolnej oraz podniesienie standardów usług edukacyjnych w Zespole Wychowania Przedszkolnego w Babkach Oleckich poprzez nabycie przez 12 dzieci kompetencji kluczowych, językowych, społecznych,inicjatywności,przedsiębiorczości,kreatywności, wzrost umiejętności i kompetencji zawodowych 5 nauczycieli w zakresie stosowania metod oraz form organizacyjnych sprzyjających kształtowaniu i rozwijaniu u dzieci kompetencji kluczowych, podniesienie świadomości i umiejętności 10 rodziców/opiekunów prawnych dzieci w zakresie kształtowania kompetencji kluczowych,społecznych dzieci oraz podniesienie funkcjonalności bazy dydaktycznej ZWP w okresie od 1 sierpnia 2018r. do 31 lipca 2020r. W RAMACH PROJEKTU REALIZOWANE BĘDĄ ZADANIA ZMIERZAJĄCE DO: kształtowania i rozwijania u dzieci w wieku przedszkolnym kompetencji kluczowych; doskonalenie umiejętności, kompetencji n-li; podniesienia kompetencji rodziców w zakresie właściwego wspierania edukacji i rozwoju swoich dzieci; podniesienia funkcjonalności bazy dydaktycznej ZWP, tj: 1.Doposażenie bazy dydaktycznej ZWP/ podniesienie funkcjonalności 1 bazy dydaktycznej 2.Wsparcie nauczycieli/ przeprowadzenie wsparcia szkoleniowego/doskonalającego dla 5n-li 3.Wsparcie R/O dzieci z ZWP/ przeprowadzenie 3 warsztatów wspierających 4.Zajęcia artystyczne-Akademia Twórczości/ realiz. 111h zaj, 4 konkursów, 4 wyjazdów 5.Zajęcia badawczo-poznawcze-Akademia Poznawania/ realiz. 111h zaj, 2 wyjazdów 6.Zajęcia logicznego myślenia-Akademia Logicznego Myślenia/ realiz. 74h zaj, 2 turniejów, 2 wyjazdów 7.Zajęcia językowe-Akademia Języka Angielskiego/ realiz 74h zaj, 2 konkursów 8.Zajęcia wspomagające-Akademia Otwartości/ realiz. 370h zaj. The aim of the PROJECT IS to ensure high quality preschool education and to raise the standards of educational services in the Preschool Education Team in Olecki by acquiring by 12 children key competences, language, social, initiative, entrepreneurship, creativity, increasing skills and professional competences 5 teachers in the field of application of methods and organizational forms conducive to the development and development of key competences in children, raising awareness and skills of 10 parents/professional skills in the field of 1 key children’s work, and the development of key competences in children. THE PROJECT WILL CARRY OUT TASKS AIMED AT: shaping and developing key competences in pre-school children; improvement of skills, competences n-li; improving the competence of parents to properly support the education and development of their children; improving the functionality of the ZWP teaching base, i.e.: 1.Equipment of the teaching base of ZWP/improvement of functionality of 1 teaching base 2.Teacher support/conducting training/improving support for 5n-li 3.Support of R/O children from ZWP/conducting 3 workshops supporting 4.Artistic activities-Academy of Creativity/realisation. 111h, 4 competitions, 4 trips 5.Research and cognitive activities-Academy of Knowledge/realisation. 111h zaj, 2 departures 6.Schools of logical thinking-Academy of Logical Thinking/realiz. 74h zajj, 2 tournaments, 2 trips 7.Language classes-Academy of English Language/realisation 74h zaj, 2 competitions 8.Academy of Openness/realisation. It’s 370 hours. The project activities are aimed at a total of 27 people, i.e. 12 children 3-5 years old, 5 teachers, 10 R/O.It is planned to support one entity, i.e. ZWP in Olecki’s grandmothers. L’objectif du PROJECT est de fournir une éducation préscolaire de haute qualité et d’améliorer les normes des services éducatifs dans le groupe de l’éducation préscolaire de Babki Olecki grâce à l’acquisition par 12 enfants de compétences clés, de langue, sociale, d’initiative, d’esprit d’entreprise, de créativité, d’amélioration des aptitudes professionnelles et des compétences de 5 enseignants dans l’utilisation de méthodes et de formes organisationnelles propices à la formation et au développement de compétences clés chez les enfants, de sensibilisation et d’aptitude de 10 parents/tuteurs légaux des enfants dans le domaine de la formation des compétences clés, des enfants sociaux et de l’amélioration de la fonctionnalité de la base d’enseignement du ZWP au cours de la période allant du 1er août 2018 au 31 juillet 2020. LE PROJET RÉALISERA DES TÂCHES VISANT À: le développement et le développement de compétences clés chez les enfants d’âge préscolaire; améliorer les aptitudes et les compétences; renforcer les compétences des parents pour soutenir comme il se doit l’éducation et le développement de leurs enfants; améliorer la fonctionnalité de la base d’enseignement ZWP, c’est-à-dire: 1.Rénovation de la base d’enseignement de ZWP/amélioration de la fonctionnalité d’une base d’enseignement 2. Appuyer les enseignants/fournir une formation/améliorer l’appui aux enfants de R/O à partir du ZWP/trainement de 3 ateliers à l’appui 4. Cours artistiques — Académie de créativité/réalisation. 111h zaj, 4 concours, 4 voyages 5.Recherche et classes cognitives-Académie de cognition/réalisation. 111h Zaj, 2 voyages 6.Think think classes-Academy of Logical Thinking/réalisation. 74h zaj, 2 tournois, 2 voyages 7.Cours de langue-Académie d’anglais/réaliser 74h zaj, 2 compétitions 8. Cours de soutien-Académie d’ouverture/réalisation. 370h d’occupation. Les activités du projet ciblent un total de 27 personnes, soit 12 enfants de 3 à 5 ans, 5 enseignants, 10 R/O.
