Długofalowymi korzyściami proj. będą spadeki emisji gazów cieplarnianych poprzez budowę FARMY FOTOWOLTAICZNEJ o mocy do 1MWe w m.Mokra,1,3km od obszarów NATURA2000. ZAKRES PROJ. OBEJMUJE: roboty budowlano-montażowe: budowę linii Sn, stacji trafo, rozdzielni w stacji trafo; montaż: paneli PV, konstrukcji pod moduł PV, inwerterów, uruchomienie farmy; montaż: gł. rozdzielni, instalacji uziemiającej i DC, oprzewodowania AC, system monitorująco-kontrolujący, oświetlenia, ogrodzenia, drogi, przyłącza kablowego SN; nadzór inwestorski, dz. prom. i inform. WSZYSTKIE ELEMENTY PROJ. BĘDĄ NOWE, PODPORZĄDKOWANE FUNKCJI JAKIEJ MAJĄ SŁUŻYĆ, TJ. PRODUKCJI ENERGII ELEKTRYCZNEJ Z OZE. W PROJ. BUDOWLANYM ZAPROJEKTOWANO ROZWIĄZANIA TECHNICZNE SPEŁNIAJĄCE WYMOGI BAT I NAJLEPSZYCH DOSTĘPNYCH TECHNIK. Okres realiz. :01.07.- 30.09.2019. Działania są zgodne z PGN dla G. Stąporków, Progr. ochrony powietrza WŚ, z Dyr.2012/27/UE, z zapisami Umowy Partn., RPOWŚ 2014-2020, SZOP. Instalacja spełnia standardy określone w Wytycznych kwalifikowania wydatków RPO. Projekt zgodny z celami szcz. osi prior. 3 – Efektywna i zielona energia i działaniem 3.1 Wytwarzanie i dystrybucja energii pochodzącej z OZE. Proj. jest zgodny z zas. horyzontalnymi UE, nie powoduje ingerencji w środowisko naturalne, zmianę klimatu, nie ma wpływu na ryzyko powodziowe. Wsk. produktu: L.przedsięb. otrzymujących wsparcie:1; L.wybudowanych jednostek wytwarzania energii elektrycznej z OZE:1. The aim of the project is to increase the ELECTRIC ENERGY ENERGY produced from the overall energy production in the region. IT’S A SAINTLY ONE. The long-term benefits of the project will be reductions in greenhouse gas emissions by building a PVF with power up to 1MWe in Wet, 1.3 km from NATURA2000. THE SCOPE OF THE PROJECT. INCLUDES: construction and assembly works: construction of the Sn line, trafo station, trafo station; assembly: PV panels, constructions for PV modules, inverters, start-up of the farm; assembly: depth of switchgear, grounding and DC, AC wiring, monitoring and control system, lighting, fences, roads, cable connection SN; investor supervision, ferry and information. ALL ELEMENTS OF THE PROJECT. THEY WILL BE NEW, SUBORDINATE TO THE FUNCTIONS THEY ARE TO SERVE, I.E. PRODUCTION OF ELECTRICITY FROM RES. IT’S A PROJECT. TECHNICAL SOLUTIONS WERE DESIGNED TO MEET THE BAT REQUIREMENTS AND THE BEST AVAILABLE TECHNIQUES. Period of realisation. 01.07.- 30.09.2019. The activities are compatible with PGN for G. Stąporków, WŚ Air Protection Progr., with Division 2012/27/EU, with the provisions of Partn. Agreement, RPOWŚ 2014-2020, SZOP. The installation complies with the standards set out in the ROP expenditure eligibility guidelines. The project is compatible with the objectives of the prior axis. 3 – Efficient and green energy and action 3.1 Manufacturing and distribution of RES energy. The project is consistent with the EU’s horizontal resources, does not cause environmental interference, climate change, has no impact on flood risk.
