Projekt umożliwi Ben. wprowadzenie w przeds. nowych produktów poprzez produkcję braketów multifunkcyjnych tj. składających się elem. z tworzyw sztucznych termoplastycznych (PE. PP, PBT) i komponentów metalowych służących do montażu na szybach samochodowych różnych uchwytów – PKD C.29.32.Z „Produkcja pozostałych części i akcesoriów do pojazdów silnikowych…” Produkcja będzie realizowana przy wykorzystaniu nowoczesnych maszyn zakupionych w projekcie i zamontowanych w hali produkcyjnej, tj. wtryskarki z urządzeniami peryferyjnymi oraz prasy. Projekt dotyczy wdrożenia innowacyjnego produktu w ofercie przeds. na skale kraju. Inwestycja pozwoli uruchomić nową produkcje i wytwarzać nowe produkty - tzw. brakety multifunkcyjne trwale przyklejone do szyby samochodowej do której w szybki sposób można przymocować różnego rodzaju urządzenia służące do poprawy bezpieczeństwa podczas jazdy samochodem, np. kamery rejestratora jazdy. Produkt ten jest innowacyjny na skalę kraju, tzn. iż wdrożenie jego w kraju nastąpiło w okresie nie przekraczającym ostanie 3 lata. Proj. wpisuje się w rozwój inteligentnych specjalizacji Woj. Św. tj.przemysł metalowo-odlewniczy. Realizacja 01-12.2018. Celem projektu jest podniesienie konkurencyjności P.P.H.U. „ŁĘTOWSKA” poprzez zakup nowoczesnych urządzeń i wdrożenie innowacyjnych metod produkcji elementów z tworzyw sztucznych i komponentów metalowych co jest komplementarne z celem działania 2.5 RPOWŚ, którym jest „Zwiększone zastosowanie innowacji w przeds. sektora MSP”. The project will enable Ben. to introduce new products into the fores by producing multifunctional brakes, i.e. consisting of thermoplastic plastics (PE). PKD C.29.32.Z “Manufacture of other parts and accessories for motor vehicles...” The production will be carried out using modern machines purchased in the design and installed in the production hall, i.e. injection moulding machines with peripherals and presses. The project concerns the implementation of an innovative product on the national scale. The investment will allow to start new productions and produce new products – so-called multifunctional brakes permanently glued to a car window to which various devices can be fastened to improve safety while driving, e.g. a driving recorder camera. This product is innovative on a national scale, i.e. its implementation in the country has taken place over a period not exceeding the last 3 years. The project is part of the development of intelligent specialisations of the War. St. i.e. metal and foundry industry. Implementation of 01-12.2018. Le projet permettra à Ben d’introduire de nouveaux produits par la production de freins multifonctionnels, c’est-à-dire constitués de plastiques thermoplastiques (PE. Pp, PBT) et les composants métalliques utilisés pour le montage sur les vitres des différentes poignées — PKD C.29.32.Z «Fabrication d’autres pièces et accessoires pour véhicules automobiles...» La production sera réalisée à l’aide de machines modernes achetées dans la conception et installées dans le hall de production, c’est-à-dire des machines de moulage par injection avec dispositifs périphériques et presses. Le projet concerne la mise en œuvre d’un produit innovant dans l’offre à l’échelle du pays. L’investissement permettra le lancement de nouvelles productions et la production de nouveaux produits — les freins dits multifonctions collés en permanence à la fenêtre de la voiture, sur lesquels différents types d’appareils peuvent être fixés pour améliorer la sécurité lors de la conduite, par exemple les caméras d’un enregistreur de conduite. Ce produit est innovant à l’échelle nationale, c’est-à-dire qu’il a été mis en œuvre dans le pays pendant une période ne dépassant pas trois ans. Le projet s’inscrit dans le développement de spécialisations intelligentes des guerres. C’est-à-dire l’industrie de la fonte des métaux. Mise en œuvre 01-12.2018. L’objectif du projet est d’accroître la compétitivité de P.P.H.U. «Łętowska» par l’achat d’équipements modernes et la mise en œuvre de méthodes innovantes de production de composants en plastique et de composants métalliques, ce qui est complémentaire à l’objectif de la mesure 2.5 du RPOWŚ, qui est «l’application accrue de l’innovation dans le secteur des PME».
