Cel ogólny: Podniesienie poziomu aktywności zawodowej i podniesienie kwalifikacji 120 osób (w tym 60 K i 60 M) powyżej 29 r. ż. (do projektu kwalifikować się będą osoby, które w dniu rozpocz udziału w projekcie ukończyły 30 r. ż.), znajdujące się w szczególnej sytuacji na rynku pracy, które są bezrobotne (zarejestrowane w PUP - grupę docelową stanowić będą osoby z I i II profilem pomocy) oraz osoby bierne zawodowo (co najmniej 20% UP – 12 K i 12 M) z terenu objętego projektem, tj. woj. świętokrzyskiego - powiatu skarżyskiego, starachowickiego, koneckiego, kieleckiego i Kielc)należące do jednej z kategorii: -kobiety -osoby w wieku powyżej 50 lat -osoby długotrwale bezrobotne -osoby o niskich kwalif., -osoby sprawujące opiekę nad osobą zależną oraz powracające na rynek pracy po zakończonym okresie sprawowania opieki -os. z orzeczeniem o niepełnosprawności. Zadania: 1. Pomoc w zakresie określenia ścieżki zawodowej -opracowanie IPD - poradnictwo grupowe w formie warsztatów 2. Pośrednictwo pracy 3.Szkolenia i kursy zawodowe 4. Staże 5. Wsparcie zatrudnieniowe (Polish)

General objective: Increase the level of employment and raise the qualification of 120 people (including 60 K and 60 M) above 29. (the project will be qualified for persons who have completed the project on the date of their participation in the project), who are in a special situation on the labour market, who are unemployed (registered in the PUP – target group will be persons with the first and II profiles of the aid) and passive persons (at least 20 % of the UP – 12 K and 12 M) from the area covered by the project, i.e. Świętokrzyskie voivodeship – the districts of Kielce, Konjec and Starachowicki —women – persons over the age of 50 – long-term unemployed persons – persons with low qualifications, – persons caring for the dependent person and returning to the labour market after the end of the period of care -persons with a ruling on disability. Tasks: 1. Help in defining the professional path – elaboration of IPD – group guidance in the form of workshops 2. Job mediation 3.Training and vocational courses 4. Internships 5. Employment support (English)

Objectif général: Relever le niveau d’activité et relever les qualifications de 120 personnes (dont 60 K et 60 M) au-delà de 29 ans (le projet sera éligible aux personnes qui, le jour de leur participation au projet, ont atteint l’âge de 30 ans), qui se trouvent dans une situation particulière sur le marché du travail, qui sont sans emploi (inscrites à l’OLP — le groupe cible sera des personnes ayant le premier et le deuxième profil d’aide) et des personnes économiquement inactives (au moins 20 % des UP — 12 K et 12 M) de la zone du projet, c’est-à-dire la voïvodie de Świętokrzyskie — district de Skarżyski, Starchowicki, Konecki, Kielce et Kielce) relevant de l’une des catégories suivantes: —femmes -personnes âgées de plus de 50 ans — chômeurs de longue durée — personnes peu qualifiées, -personnes s’occupant d’une personne dépendante et retournant sur le marché du travail après la fin d’une période de soins — personnes titulaires d’un certificat d’invalidité. Tâches: 1. Aide à la détermination du parcours professionnel — développement de la DPI — orientation de groupe sous forme d’ateliers 2.
