Green-FA 4.0 is the result of the collaboration of the company SEVILLA CONTROL, a supplier of machining services, and is part of the strategic group GROUP SEVILLA CONTROL (www.gasc.es), the innovative SME Unilaser (www.unilaser.es), with extensive experience in manufacturing processes linked to laser technology, such as welding and cutting, and with preliminary developments, with low TRL, laser material deposition, through the use of robot. The company Indaero also participates with experience in the post-machining of printed parts by 3D and the company TRATERCOM, also a member of the strategic group SEVILLA CONTROL (www.tratercom.es) and with the focus on the processes of thermal treatment of aeronautical materials._x000D_ The vision of the consortium, through solid industrial experience in manufacturing and manufacturing engineering, it is that there is an opportunity for growth in the aeronautical sector, through the maturation of the processes of LMD-p, LMD-w and SLM, for the manufacture of critical engine parts using Nickel superalloy materials (Inconel 718, Waspalloy, Udimet, etc)._x000D_ These processes will bring a considerable advantage, regarding the current manufacturing processes, in the sense that it will produce the part without shaving, therefore, not generating waste, being therefore a much more ecological process and in line with the current orientation of the aeronautical sector to seek effective solutions of cost and with a high positive impact on the environment.
