Celem głównym projektu jest wyższy poziom aktywności zawodowej u 60 osób (6K, 54M) biernych zawodowo, o niskich kwalifikacjach, z terenu woj. świętokrzyskiego, osiągnięty poprzez ich udział w zindywidualizowanych programach aktywizacyjnych zawierających Indywidualny Plan Działania, szkolenie zawodowe oraz pośrednictwo pracy. Cel zostanie zrealizowany w okresie realizacji projektu tj. 01.04.2018 - 30.11.2018 r. Projekt jest skierowany do 60 osób (6K, 54M) powyżej 29 roku życia (do projektu kwalifikować się będą wyłącznie osoby, które w dniu rozpoczęcia udziału w projekcie ukończyły 30 rok życia), pozostających bez zatrudnienia (projekt jest skierowany wyłącznie do osób biernych zawodowo) oraz posiadających niskie kwalifikacje (tj. wykształcenie na poziomie do ISCED 3 włącznie). Ponadto, projekt jest skierowany wyłącznie do osób, które zamieszkują na terenie woj. świętokrzyskiego (w rozumieniu przepisów Kodeksu Cywilnego). Zadania realizowane w ramach projektu to: Indywidualne Plany Działania, szkolenia (prawo jazdy kat. C, C+E, kwalifikacja wstępna przyspieszona przewozu rzeczy), pośrednictwo pracy. Główne rezultaty projektu to: liczba osób, które uzyskały kwalifikacje zawodowe (min. 80%) oraz liczba osób pracujących, łącznie z prowadzącymi działalność na własny rachunek, po opuszczeniu programu(min. 40%). The main objective of the project is a higher level of professional activity in 60 people (6K, 54M) professionally inactive, low-skilled, from Świętokrzyskie voivodship, achieved through their participation in individual activation programs containing the Individual Action Plan, vocational training and job mediation. The objective will be achieved during the period of implementation of the project i.e. 01.04.2018-30.11.2018. The project is aimed at 60 people (6K, 54M) over 29 years of age (only those who are 30 years of age at the start of the project), who are unemployed (only for inactive persons) and who have low qualifications (i.e. education at the level of ISCED 3 inclusive). Moreover, the project is aimed exclusively at people who live in the Świętokrzyskie Voivodeship (within the meaning of the provisions of the Civil Code). The tasks carried out within the project are: Individual Action Plans, training (cat. C, C+E, pre-qualification accelerated carriage of goods), intermediation of work. The main results of the project are: number of persons who have obtained professional qualifications (min. 80 %) and the number of persons working, including self-employed, after leaving the programme (min. 40 %). L’objectif principal du projet est d’accroître le niveau d’activité de 60 personnes (6K, 54M) inactives, peu qualifiées, de la voïvodie de Świętokrzyskie, grâce à leur participation à des programmes d’activation personnalisés comprenant un plan d’action individuel, une formation professionnelle et un placement professionnel. L’objectif sera atteint pendant la période de mise en œuvre du projet, à savoir: 01.04.2018-30.11.2018. Le projet s’adresse à 60 personnes (6K, 54M) âgées de plus de 29 ans (seules les personnes qui, à la date de début de la participation au projet, seront éligibles si elles ont atteint l’âge de 30 ans), qui sont sans emploi (le projet s’adresse exclusivement aux personnes inactives) et qui ont de faibles qualifications (c’est-à-dire un enseignement jusqu’à la CITE 3 inclus). En outre, le projet s’adresse exclusivement aux personnes vivant dans la province de Świętokrzyskie (au sens du Code civil). Les tâches exécutées dans le cadre du projet sont les suivantes: Plans d’action individuels, formation (permis de conduire Cat. C, C+E, préqualification, transport accéléré de marchandises), placement de travail. Les principaux résultats du projet sont les suivants: nombre de personnes possédant des qualifications professionnelles (minimum 80 %) et nombre de travailleurs salariés, y compris indépendants, après avoir quitté le programme (minimum 40 %).
