Projekt realizowany jest w partnerstwie przez TEB Edukacja Sp. z o.o. oraz Śląski Związek Pracodawców Prywatnych w terminie od 01.09.2017 do 31.08.2020 r. na obszarze ZIT Subregionu Centralnego woj.śląskiego (w Technikach TEB Edukacja w Gliwicach i Katowicach). Celem głównym proj. jest wzmocnienie zdolności do zatrudnienia 72 Uczniów (67K i 5M) kształcących się na kierunku Technik Usług Fryzjerskich poprzez wdrożenie kompleksowego programu dostosowującego proces kształcenia do potrzeb regionalnego rynku pracy zakładającego wdrożenie doradztwa edu.-zaw., dodatkowe specjalistyczne szkolenia zgodne z wymogami lokalnego rynku pracy, organizację staży zawodowych dla uczniów oraz doposażenie ww.szkół i stworzenie w nich warunków odzwierciedlających naturalne warunki pracy. Realizacja wszystkich zadań w ramach proj.przyczyni się do osiągnięcia założonych we wniosku o dof. wskaźników oraz wzrostu zatrudnienia wśród absolwentów szkół zaw. poprzez poprawę efektywności realizowanego wsparcia (Polish)

The project is implemented in partnership by TEB Edukacja Sp. z o.o. and the Silesian Association of Private Employers between 01.09.2017 and 31.08.2020 in the area of ZIT of the Central Silesian Subregion (in TEB Education Technology in Gliwice and Katowice). The main objective of the project is to strengthen the employability of 72 students (67K and 5M) studying in the field of Hairdressing Services technology through the implementation of a comprehensive programme to adapt the learning process to the needs of the regional labour market, providing for the implementation of edu.-in-service advice, additional specialised training in accordance with the requirements of the local labour market, organisation of apprenticeships for pupils and equipping the above schools and creating conditions reflecting natural working conditions. The implementation of all tasks under the project will contribute to the achievement of the indicators set out in the application and the increase in employment among school graduates, including by improving the effectiveness of the support implemented (English)

Le projet est mis en œuvre en partenariat par TEB Edukacja Sp. z o.o. et l’Association des employeurs privés silésiens du 01.09.2017 au 31.08.2020 dans le domaine de l’ITI de la région centrale de Silésie (dans TEB Education Technology à Gliwice et Katowice). L’objectif principal du projet est de renforcer l’employabilité de 72 étudiants (67K et 5M) formés dans le domaine de la technologie des services capillaires par la mise en œuvre d’un programme global d’adaptation du processus éducatif aux besoins du marché du travail régional, y compris la mise en œuvre de conseils edu.-inclusive, la formation spécialisée complémentaire conformément aux exigences du marché du travail local, l’organisation de stages pour les étudiants, ainsi que la modernisation et la création de conditions dans lesquelles ils reflètent les conditions de travail naturelles. La mise en œuvre de toutes les tâches du projet contribuera à la réalisation des indicateurs énoncés dans la demande de renouvellement et d’augmentation de l’emploi parmi les diplômés inscrits en améliorant l’efficacité de l’aide fournie.
