Projekt dotyczy podwyższenia jakości i atrakcyjności usług edukacyjnych poprzez realizację programów i zajęć rozwijających kompetencje kluczowe (KK) i przygotowujących w przyszłości do aktywnego i efektywnego uczestnictwa na rynku pracy. Grupę Docelową stanowi 539 uczniów(U) 280 kobiet(K) i 259 mężczyzn(M); 65 nauczycieli(N) 50 K i 15 M ze SP w Pietrzykowicach oraz ZSO w Łodygowicach. Zadania: Kształtowanie i rozwijanie u uczniów kompetencji kluczowych niezbędnych na rynku pracy, tworzenie w szkołach warunków do nauczania opartego na metodzie eksperymentu, zajęcia z uczniem ze specjalnymi potrzebami edukacyjnymi oraz wsparcie ucznia młodszego, szkolenia dla nauczycieli. Wskaźniki kluczowe: Liczba uczniów, którzy nabyli kompetencje kluczowe po opuszczeniu programu, liczba nauczycieli, którzy uzyskali kwalifikacje lub nabyli kompetencje po opuszczeniu programu. The project concerns increasing the quality and attractiveness of educational services through programmes and activities developing key competences (KK) and preparing in the future for active and effective participation in the labour market. Le groupe cible est de 539 élèves (U) 280 femmes (K) et 259 hommes (M); 65 enseignants(N) 50 K et 15 M de SP à Pietrzykowice et ZSO à Łodygowice. Tâches: La définition et le développement des compétences clés nécessaires au marché du travail des élèves, la création, dans les écoles, de conditions d’enseignement fondées sur la méthode d’expérimentation, les classes avec un étudiant ayant des besoins éducatifs spéciaux et le soutien à un élève plus jeune, la formation des enseignants.
