Projekt „W drodze do sukcesu” realizowany będzie na terenie Gminy Konopiska w okresie od 01.04.2018-31.12.2020 i ma na celu wzrost zdolności do osób z terenu gminy Konopiska wykluczonych i zagrożonych wykluczeniem społecznym. Obejmuje wsparciem 35 uczestników spośród osób lub rodzin, z opisanych w punkcie B.11 grup. Projekt przewiduje realizację zadań związanych z działaniami na rzecz aktywnej integracji, zatrudnienia pracownika socjalnego realizującego wspólnie z uczestnikami projektu ścieżki reintegracji społeczno zawodowej. Przewidziane wskaźniki: - Liczba osób z niepełnosprawnością objętych wparciem- min. 4 osoby (2 kobiety(k), 2 mężczyzn (m)), - Liczba uczestników, którzy uzyskali kwalifikacje po opuszczeniu projektu – min. 13 osób (8k, 5m), - Liczba uczestników poszukujących pracy po opuszczeniu projektu – min. 10 osób (6k,4m), - Liczba uczestników pracujących po opuszczeniu projektu – min. 8 osób (4k, 4m). The project “On the Way to Success” will be carried out in the municipality of Konopiska in the period from 01.04.2018-31.12.2020 and aims to increase the capacity of people from the municipality of Konopiska excluded and at risk of social exclusion. Includes support from 35 participants from among persons or families, from groups described in point B.11. The project envisages the implementation of tasks related to active inclusion, employment of a social worker, implementing the pathway for socio-economic reintegration with the project participants. The indicators envisaged: — Number of persons with disabilities covered by support – min. 4 persons (2 women(k), 2 men (m)), – Number of participants who obtained qualifications after leaving the project – min. 13 persons (8k, 5 m), – Number of participants seeking work after leaving the project – min. 10 people (6k,4m), – Number of participants working after leaving the project – min. 8 people (4k, 4 m).
