Głównym celem projektu Triathlon II będzie zwiększenie aktywności społecznej i prozatrudnieniowej mieszkańców i mieszkanek Siemianowic Śląskich, w wieku 20-65 lat, najbardziej oddalonych od rynku pracy, obciążonych strukturalnym dziedziczeniem ubóstwa oraz długotrwałym bezrobociem i niepełnosprawnością. Jego realizacja zaplanowana jest na okres od 01.04.2019 do 31.12.2020 roku. W ramach działań projektowych przewiduje się udział uczestników we wsparciu psychologicznym, indywidualnym coachingu zawodowym, mentoringu prozatrudnieniowym oraz szkoleniach aktywizacyjnych. Osoby z niepełnosprawnościami będą mogły dodatkowo skorzystać z rehabilitacji w miejscu zamieszkania, udziale w grupie wsparcia o charakterze terapeutyczno - aktywizacyjnym oraz wyjazdowych zajęciach usprawniających ruchowo. Na koniec przewidziano aktywizację zawodową, która przewiduje staże u pracodawców, certyfikowane kursy zawodowe oraz wsparcie pośrednika pracy, którego zadaniem będzie pomoc w uzyskaniu zatrudnienia. The main objective of the Triathlon II project will be to increase the social and pro-employment activity of the inhabitants and residents of Siemianowice Śląskie, between the ages of 20-65 years, the most distant from the labour market, burdened with structural inheritance of poverty and long-term unemployment and disability. Its implementation is planned for the period from 01.04.2019 to 31.12.2020. The project activities include participation of participants in psychological support, individual professional coaching, pro-employment mentoring and activation training. People with disabilities will also be able to benefit from rehabilitation in the place of residence, participation in the group of support of therapeutic and activation character and away activities improving mobility. Finally, professional activation is foreseen, which provides for placements with employers, certified vocational courses and the support of a labour intermediary to assist in obtaining employment.
