Inwestycja realizowana w trybie „zaprojektuj i wybuduj” obejmuje zaprojektowanie, a następnie wykonanie robót budowlanych w zakresie przebudowy zdewastowanego budynku oraz zagospodarowania terenu zlokalizowanego przy ul. Wojska Polskiego w miejscowości Jastrząb w gminie Poraj. Zakres robót budowlanych obejmuje prace w zakresie: - robót ogólnobudowlanych: stan zerowy (roboty ziemne, fundamenty, ściany przyziemia, stropy, prace rozbiórkowe), stan surowy (ściany nadziemne murowane, ścianki działowe, dach konstrukcja i pokrycie, okna i drzwi), wykończeniowe (tynki i oblicowania, roboty malarskie, inne prace wykończeniowe, posadzki i okładziny) - termomodernizacji (docieplenie przegród oraz izolacje cieplne): przeciwwilgociowe, cieplne, ogrzewanie - instalacji elektrycznych - wentylacji mechanicznej - instalacji wodno - kanalizacyjnych - zagospodarowania terenu - powierzchnie utwardzone (ciągi piesze) - monitoringu. The investment carried out in the “design and build” mode includes the design and subsequent execution of construction works in the area of reconstruction of the devastated building and the development of the site located at ul. Polish Army in the town of Jastrząb in the commune of Poraj. The scope of the works shall include works in the field of: — general construction works: zero state (groundworks, foundations, ground walls, ceilings, demolition works), raw state (masonry walls, partition walls, roof structure and covering, windows and doors), finishing (plastic and walling, painting works, other finishing works, floors and linings) – thermal modernisation (heat insulation and heat insulation): anti-humidity, heat, heating – electrical installations – mechanical ventilation – water and sewage systems – land development – hardened surfaces (walking lines) – monitoring. The project assumes investor supervision and promotion. (English)

L’investissement réalisé en mode «conception et construction» implique la conception et l’exécution ultérieure de travaux de construction dans le cadre de la reconstruction du bâtiment dévasté et du développement de la zone située à ul. Armée polonaise à Jastrzab dans la municipalité de Poraj. Le champ d’application des travaux comprend des travaux dans les domaines suivants: travaux généraux de construction: condition zéro (travaux de terre, fondations, murs de sol, plafonds, travaux de démolition), état brut (murs de maçonnerie, cloisonnement, construction et revêtement de toit, fenêtres et portes), finition (terrains et façades, travaux de peinture, autres travaux de finition, sols et revêtements) — thermomodernisation (isolation des cloisons et isolation thermique): anti-humidité, chaleur, chauffage — installations électriques — ventilation mécanique — systèmes d’eau et d’assainissement — gestion des sols — surfaces durcies (lignes de marche) — surveillance.
