Projekt polega na modernizacji i generalnym remoncie wraz ze zmianą sposobu użytkowania istniejącego budynku po dawnej szkole podstawowej w Wysokiej Lelowskiej na mieszkania socjalne. Roboty dotyczyć będą pomieszczeń wewnętrznych, elewacji, instalacji oraz zagospodarowania terenu. Obiekt poddany zostanie termomodernizacji, zakupione zostanie podstawowe wyposażenie mieszkań. Efektem prac będzie powstanie dziewięciu nowych mieszkań socjalnych. W sąsiedztwie obiektu zbudowane zostanie boisko wielofunkcyjne, powstanie droga wewnętrzna oraz parkingi. (Polish)

The project consists of modernisation and general refurbishment, together with a change in the use of the existing building after the former primary school in High Lelowska to social housing. The works will concern interior spaces, facades, installation and land development. The facility will be thermally modernised, the basic equipment of the apartments will be purchased. The work will result in the creation of nine new social housing. In the vicinity of the building there will be a multifunctional field, an internal road and car parks will be built. (English)

Le projet consiste à moderniser et à remanier l’utilisation du bâtiment existant après l’ancienne école primaire de High Lelowska en logement social. Les travaux porteront sur les locaux internes, les façades, les installations et l’aménagement du terrain. L’installation sera thermomodernisée, l’équipement de base des appartements sera acheté. Les travaux se traduiront par la création de neuf nouveaux logements sociaux. À proximité de l’installation, un emplacement polyvalent sera construit, une route intérieure et des parkings seront construits. (French)
