Obszar rewitalizacji o pow. 140 ha,stanowi 6,26% pow. miasta, 9851 mieszkańców - 16,67% populacji miasta. Celem projektu jest zwiększenie dostępu do miejsc świadczenia usług społecznych dla rodzin ze Starego Miasta i Zatorza, którzy wymagają wsparcia, umożliwiającego im prawidłowe funkcjonowanie w rodzinie i społeczeństwie. Zostaną wyremontowane budynki przeznaczonych do pełnienia nowych funkcji: FIS, pomieszczenia biblioteczne x 2, Podgórna 8, Elżbiety 19 b.,zagospodarowana przestrzeń publiczna (plac zadworcowy i place zabaw 3300 m2; kładka wraz z zagosp. terenu wzdłuż kanału Młyńskiego:ok. 235 m, zagosp. ul.Krętej-65 mb i ul.Podgórnej-157 mb, remont ul.K.Jadwigi - 136 mb), modernizacja infrastruktury technicznej dla renowacji przestrzeni publicznej, odnowa fizyczna terenu przez wprowadzenie funkcji uzupełniającej działania społeczne. W projekcie biorą udział wspólnoty mieszkaniowe(19),odnawiając swoje obiekty, a w instrumencie elastyczności planuje się integrację mieszkańców. (Polish)

Area of revitalisation of the area. 140 ha, constitute 6.26 % of the city area, 9851 inhabitants – 16.67 % of the city’s population. The aim of the project is to increase access to places to provide social services for families from the Old Town and Zator, who need support to enable them to function properly in the family and society. The buildings for new functions will be refurbished: FIS, library rooms x 2, Podgórna 8, Elżbieta 19 b., managed public space (residential floor and playgrounds 3300 m²; footbridge along the area along the Młyński Canal:ok. 235 m, ul.Kretej-65 mb and Podgórna Street-157 m, renovation of K. Jadwigi Street – 136 mb), modernisation of technical infrastructure for the renovation of public spaces, physical renewal of the area by introducing a function complementary to social activities. Housing communities are involved in the project(19), renewing their facilities, and the flexibility instrument plans to integrate residents. (English)
