Przedmiotem projektu jest kompleksowa rewitalizacja podobszaru obejmującego osiedle zlokalizowane w rejonie ulic Zamenhofa i Opata Hackiego w Gdyni, zmierzająca do ograniczenia zjawiska wykluczenia społecznego mieszkańców, wyprowadzenia ze stanu kryzysowego, zwiększenia poczucia odpowiedzialności i zaangażowania w życie lokalne, a także aktywizacji mieszkańców poprzez kształtowanie postaw obywatelskich. Obejmuje m.in. przebudowę ulicy Zamenhofa, wykonanie dojazdów do budynków wraz z miejscami parkingowymi, utworzenie ciągów pieszych i zagospodarowania rekreacyjnego na terenie osiedla, rozbudowę ulic Komierowskiego, Opata Hackiego i Św. Mikołaja wraz z zagospodarowaniem terenu, przebudowę i wyposażenie budynku przy ul. Opata Hackiego 33 wraz z zagospodarowaniem otoczenia oraz modernizację wybranych elementów części wspólnych budynków mieszkalnych zlokalizowanych w obszarze rewitalizacji. Zaplanowane działania obejmują teren o powierzchni ok. 10,3 ha zamieszkały przez ok. 2 040 osób. (Polish)

The subject of the project is a comprehensive revitalisation of a sub-area comprising a housing estate located in the area of Zamenhofa and Opata Hackiego Streets in Gdynia, aimed at reducing the phenomenon of social exclusion of residents, getting out of the crisis, increasing sense of responsibility and involvement in local life, as well as activating residents by shaping civic attitudes. It includes, among others, reconstruction of Zamenhofa Street, making access to buildings together with parking spaces, creation of hiking and recreational activities in the settlement, expansion of Komierowskiego Street, Opata Hackiego and Św. Mikołaja along with land development, reconstruction and equipment of the building at ul. Abbot Hacki 33 together with the development of the surroundings and the modernisation of selected elements of parts of common residential buildings located in the area of revitalisation. The planned activities include an area with an area of approx. 10.3 ha inhabited by approx. 2,040 people. (English)

Le projet a pour objet une revitalisation complète de la sous-zone comprenant des établissements situés dans les rues Zamenhofa et Opata Hacki à Gdynia, afin de réduire le phénomène de l’exclusion sociale des résidents, de sortir de l’état de crise, d’accroître le sens des responsabilités et la participation à la vie locale, ainsi que d’activer les résidents en formant la citoyenneté. Cela comprend la reconstruction de la rue Zamenhofa, la construction d’accès aux bâtiments avec des places de stationnement, la création de routes piétonnes et le développement de loisirs dans la zone du domaine, l’extension des rues Komierowskiego, Opata Hacki et Saint-Pétersbourg. Mikołaja avec l’aménagement du terrain, la reconstruction et l’équipement du bâtiment à ul. Hacki Abbot 33 avec le développement de l’environnement et la modernisation de certains éléments des parties communes des bâtiments résidentiels situés dans le domaine de la revitalisation. Les activités prévues comprennent une zone d’env. 10,3 ha habités par env. 2 040 personnes. (French)
