Náplní projektu je inovace procesu výroby axiálních a radiálních vaček a inovace produktu - krokových převodovek. Předmětem projektu je pořízení 5-ti osého vysokorychlostního CNC stroje pro vysoce přesné obrábění složitých tvarů s vysokými nároky na kvalitu povrchu s použitím třískového obrábění a obrábění broušením. To umožní transfer inovativních procesů návrhu vaček a znalosti povrchových úprav do výrobního procesu vaček. a. (Czech)

The aim of the project is innovation of the process of production of axial and radial cams and product innovation – step gearboxes. The object of the project is to acquire a 5-axis high-speed CNC machine for high precision machining of complex shapes with high requirements on surface quality using particle machining and grinding machining. This will allow the transfer of innovative cam design processes and knowledge of surface treatments to the cam manufacturing process. a. (English)

L’objectif du projet est l’innovation du processus de production de cames axiales et radiales et l’innovation du produit — les boîtes de vitesses pas. L’objet du projet est l’acquisition d’une machine CNC haute vitesse 5 axes pour l’usinage de haute précision de formes complexes avec des exigences élevées en matière de qualité de surface grâce à l’usinage et au meulage des copeaux. Cela permettra le transfert de processus innovants de conception de cames et de connaissances sur les traitements de surface dans le processus de production des cames. (French)
