Celem projektu jest reintegracja społeczna osób zagrożonych wykluczeniem społecznym, zamieszkujących zdegradowany infrastrukturalnie obszar miasta Gniew.Projekt zakłada objęcie wsparciem 70os(34K i 36M), zamieszkujących zdegradowany obszar miasta Gniew.Objęcie wsparciem danej grupy wynika z diagnozy przeprowadzonej w ramach LPR dla Gminy Gniew na lata 2016-2023,zatwierdzonego uchwałą Rady Miejskiej w Gniewie nr XXXIII/245/17 z dn.12.04.2017r. Cele szczegółowe: -wzrost aktywności społ.u co najmniej70% uczestników proj.; -wzrost umiejętności rozwiązywania problemów wychowawczych u co najmniej50% rodziców objętych proj.; -wzrost wiedzy z zakresu funkcjonowania rodziny u co najmniej50%rodziców objętych proj.; -wzmocnienie więzi społecznych u co najmniej 50%uczestników; -rozwój społeczno-kulturalno-edukacyjny u co najmniej 80%dzieci i młodzieży objętej wsparciem; -rozwój usług opiekuńczych w obszarze rewitalizacji. Projekt zakłada realizację następujących zadań: -Utworzenie Centrum Wsparcia Rodzin:grupowe i indywidualne poradnictwo psychologiczne,warsztaty z pedagogiem,poradnictwo prawne,warsztaty i konsultacje indywidualne z zakresu terapii uzależnień,warsztaty grupowe i konsultacje indywidualne w zakresie umiejętności rodzicielskich,organizacja czasu wolnego dzieci i młodzieży,warsztaty komputerowe,warsztaty z zakresu integracji społ.,animacje działań w sferze kultury,warsztaty-profilaktyka zdrowia i higieny,warsztaty budowy swojego wizerunku, steetworking,zakup wyposażenia. -Placówka wsparcia dziennego prowadzona w formule mieszanej:organizacja zajęć w placówce wspierająca rozwój dzieci,animacje oraz zakup wyposażenia. -Wsparcie dla osób starszych i niesamodzielnych: zatrudnienie opiekunów,organizacja opieki,wolontariat opiekuńczy. Głównym efektem projektu będzie podniesienie aktywności społ.u co najmniej 70%uczestników(49os:24K i 25M)oraz zwiększenie liczby miejsc świadczenia usług społ.o 24 w stosunku do dotychczas realizowanych przez gminę. The aim of the project is to reintegrate people at risk of social exclusion living in the degraded infrastructure area of the city of Gniew.The project assumes the support of 70os (34K and 36M), living in the degraded area of the city of Gniew.The inclusion of the support group results from the diagnosis carried out within the framework of the LPR for the Gniew Municipality for the years 2016-2023, approved by resolution of the Gniew City Council no XXXIII/245/17 from 12.04.2017. Specific objectives: —increase in social activity of at least 70 % of participants in the project; —increase the ability to solve parental problems in at least 50 % of the projected parents; —increasing knowledge of the functioning of the family in at least 50 % of the projected parents; — strengthening social ties in at least 50 % of participants; — socio-cultural and educational development in at least 80 % of children and young people supported; —development of care services in the area of revitalisation. The project assumes the following tasks: —Creating a Family Support Centre: group and individual psychological counselling, workshops with educator, legal advice, workshops and individual consultations in the field of addiction therapy, group workshops and individual consultations in the field of parental skills, organisation of free time of children and young people, computer workshops, workshops on social integration, animation of activities in the sphere of culture, workshops-prophylaxis of health and hygiene. —Day support facility run in a mixed formula: organisation of activities in the institution supporting the development of children, animations and purchase of equipment. —Support for the elderly and dependants: hiring carers, care organisation, caring volunteering. The main effect of the project will be to increase the social activity of at least 70 % oftheparticipants(49os:24K and 25M)and an increase in the number of public service places by 24 compared to so-far implemented by the commune.
