W wyniku realizacji projektu spółka wdroży nowy proces technologiczny produkcji przyrządów aluminiowych o podwyższonej wytrzymałości i obniżonej masie wykorzystywanych w wielkogabarytowych, szynowych pojazdach, oparty o własne badania spółki. Zarówno proces produkcji jak i nowe produkty (2 sztuki) stanowią innowację nieznaną i niestosowaną dotychczas. Działanie to zostanie m.in. umożliwione poprzez zakup 5 sztuk aktywów trwałych (w tym 2 sztuk oprogramowania). Dodatkowo spółka wdroży 2 innowacje nietechnologiczne: marketingową i organizacyjną (w obszarze kontroli wytrzymałości oraz zarządzania relacjami z klientami). Wynikiem projektu będzie także wzrost zatrudnienia o 5 osób oraz wejście na nowy, zagraniczny rynek zbytu (francuski). (Polish)

As a result of the project, the company will implement a new technological process of manufacturing aluminium instruments with increased strength and reduced weight used in large, rail vehicles, based on the company’s own research. Both the production process and the new products (2 pieces) represent an unknown and unused innovation. This action will be made possible, inter alia, by purchasing 5 units of fixed assets (including 2 pieces of software). In addition, the company will implement 2 non-technological innovations: marketing and organizational (in the area of strength control and customer relations management). The project will also result in an increase in employment of 5 people and entry into a new foreign market (French). (English)

Grâce à ce projet, l’entreprise mettra en œuvre un nouveau processus technologique pour la production d’instruments en aluminium avec une résistance accrue et un poids réduit utilisés dans les grands véhicules ferroviaires, sur la base de ses propres recherches. Le processus de production et les nouveaux produits (2 pièces) sont des innovations inconnues et non appliquées. Cette action sera rendue possible par l’achat de 5 immobilisations (dont 2 logiciels). En outre, l’entreprise mettra en œuvre 2 innovations non technologiques: marketing et organisation (dans le domaine du contrôle de l’endurance et de la gestion de la relation client). Le projet entraînera également une augmentation de l’emploi de 5 personnes et l’entrée sur un nouveau marché étranger (français). (French)
