Centrum Opieki Dziennej dla Nieuleczalnie Chorych Dzieci działała przy ul. Jaroszowickiej 113 w Tychach,od pon. do pt. przez 10 godz. dziennie, usługi świadczone nieodpłatnie.Planowany projekt zawiera zwiększenie dostępności poprzez otwarcie kolejnych 10 miejsc, w tym włączenie dzieci z powikłaniami wcześniactwa, wymagających szczególnego wsparcia.Projekt będzie realizowany od 01.07.2019 do 30.06.2021 r. Centrum Opieki Dziennej to jedna z nielicznych specjalistycznych w Pl placówek wsparcia dziennego.Uczestnikami będą dzieci, które: - mają orzeczenie o niepełnosprawności, - są nieuleczalnie chore, - pochodzą z rodzin zagrożonych ubóstwem i wykluczeniem społecznym, oraz ich opiekunowie, którzy będą brać udział w szkoleniach w celu podniesienia jakości opieki nad nieuleczalnie chorymi dziećmi. Cel projektu: rozwój usług zdrowotnych świadczonych dla dzieci nieuleczalnie chorych i ich najbliższego otoczenia, zwiększenie dostępności usług społecznych zapobiegających ubóstwu i wykluczeniu (Polish)

Jaroszowicka 113 in Tychy, from Mon to 10 hours a day, services provided free of charge.The planned project includes increasing accessibility by opening up another 10 places, including the inclusion of children with complications of prematureness, requiring special support.The project will be implemented from 01.07.2019 to 30.06.2021.The Centre for Daily Care is one of the few specialists in Pl daily support facilities. — they have a ruling on disability, – they are terminally ill, – come from families at risk of poverty and social exclusion, and their carers who will take part in training to improve the quality of care for terminally ill children. Objective of the project: developing health services for terminally ill children and their immediate surroundings, increasing the availability of social services to prevent poverty and exclusion (English)

Garderie pour enfants malades indubitablement exploité à ul. Jaroszowicka 113 à Tychy,du lundi à 10 heures par jour, services fournis gratuitement.Le projet prévu comprend l’augmentation de l’accessibilité en ouvrant 10 autres places, y compris l’inclusion d’enfants présentant des complications de la petite enfance, nécessitant un soutien spécial. Le projet sera mis en œuvre du 01.07.2019 au 30.06.2021. La garderie est l’une des rares structures spécialisées dans le domaine de l’assistance quotidienne.Les participants seront des enfants qui: — ils ont un certificat d’invalidité, — ils sont malades, — proviennent de familles menacées de pauvreté et d’exclusion sociale, et de leurs aidants, qui prendront part à une formation afin d’améliorer la qualité des soins aux enfants en phase terminale. Objectif du projet: développer les services de santé pour les enfants en phase terminale et leur environnement immédiat, en augmentant la disponibilité des services sociaux pour prévenir la pauvreté et l ' exclusion (French)
