Przedmiotem projektu jest kompleksowy remont budynku Wiejskiego Domu Kultury w gminie wiejskiej Gorzyce przy ul. M. Kopernika 8. Remont polegał na wykonaniu termomodernizacji obiektu, poprawie izolacyjności przegród budowlanych powodujących zmniejszenia zapotrzebowania na energię, poprawie standardu budynku oraz dostosowanie obiektu do aktualnych wymogów technicznych. W ramach prac termomodernizacyjnych wykonane zostały m.in.: docieplenia ścian zewnętrznych i dachu, izolacje przeciwwilgociowe wraz z opaską drenażową, wymiana posadzek na gruncie piwnic i parteru z ociepleniem, wymiana stolarki okiennej i drzwiowej wraz z pracami przygotowawczymi i towarzyszącymi. Celem ogólnym projektu jest poprawa czystości powietrza w Gminie Gorzyce poprzez redukcję zanieczyszczeń do atmosfery i zwiększenie efektywności energetycznej budynku. Dzięki realizacji projektu na terenie Gminy Gorzyce powstał nowoczesny obiekt społeczno-kulturalny oferujący mieszkańcom bogatą ofertę kulturalną (Polish)

The subject of the project is a comprehensive renovation of the Rural House of Culture building in the rural commune of Gorzyce on ul. M. Copernicus 8. The renovation consisted of the completion of the thermal modernisation of the facility, improving the insulation of building partitions that reduce energy demand, improve the standard of the building and adapt the facility to the current technical requirements. As part of the thermo-modernisation works, among others: insulation of external walls and roof, damp insulation with drainage band, replacement of floors on the ground of cellars and ground floor with warming, replacement of window and door carpentry with preparatory and accompanying works. The general objective of the project is to improve air purity in the Gorzyce Municipality by reducing pollution into the atmosphere and increasing the energy efficiency of the building. Thanks to the implementation of the project in Gorzyce commune, a modern socio-cultural facility has been created offering its inhabitants a rich cultural offer (English)

L’objet du projet est une rénovation complète du bâtiment de la Maison de Culture Rurale dans la commune rurale de Gorzyce à ul. M. Copernicus 8. La rénovation a consisté en une thermomodernisation de l’installation, l’amélioration de l’isolation des cloisons de bâtiment entraînant une réduction de la demande d’énergie, l’amélioration de la norme du bâtiment et l’adaptation du bâtiment aux exigences techniques actuelles. Dans le cadre des travaux de thermomodernisation, les travaux suivants ont été réalisés: isolation des murs extérieurs et du toit, isolation anti-humidité avec bande de drainage, remplacement des planchers au sous-sol et au rez-de-chaussée par réchauffement, remplacement de la menuiserie des fenêtres et des portes ainsi que des travaux préparatoires et d’accompagnement. L’objectif général du projet est d’améliorer la qualité de l’air dans la municipalité de Gorzyce en réduisant la pollution atmosphérique et en augmentant l’efficacité énergétique du bâtiment. Grâce à la mise en œuvre du projet dans la municipalité de Gorzyce, une installation socioculturelle moderne a été créée offrant à ses résidents une offre culturelle riche. (French)
