Cílem projektu je rozšíření výrobní kapacity stávající výroby pružin, včetně zvýšení výkonnosti výroby a jejího řízení. Jako klíčová aktivita budou zavedeny 2 produktové inovace (2 typy pružin, které se nyní v ČR nevyrábí, výsledek našeho VaV), dále 1 produktová inovace (pořízení strojů umožňujících splnění produktových inovací = linka ze strojů vyrobených dle výsledků našeho VaV, doplněných o účelové obslužné technologie) a 1 organizační inovace (nový řídící a IS v celém středisku pérovna). a. L’objectif du projet est d’accroître la capacité de production de la production printanière existante, y compris l’augmentation de la performance de production et de sa gestion. En tant qu’activité clé, deux innovations de produits seront introduites (2 types de ressorts qui ne sont pas produits en République tchèque, résultat de notre R & D), 1 innovation produit (acquisition de machines permettant de répondre aux innovations de produits = une ligne de machines fabriquées selon les résultats de notre R & D, complétée par des technologies de service dédiées) et 1 innovation organisationnelle (nouveau contrôle et IS dans tout le centre du printemps). a.
