L’objet du projet est l’innovation de la technologie de production d’agrégats céramiques légers Liapor, permettant d’augmenter le pourcentage de grains jusqu’à 4 mm de 25 % à 60 % du volume total de production de l’entreprise (innovation de processus), tout en augmentant les propriétés d’utilité des fractions d’agrégats céramiques légères Liapor dans les paramètres contrôlés: masse volumique en vrac et poids volumique du grain avec une garantie de résistance minimale au concassage (innovation de produit). Gegenstand des Projekts ist die Innovation der Liapor Lichtkeramik-Produktionstechnologie, die es ermöglicht, den Anteil der Korngröße von bis zu 4 mm von 25 % auf 60 % des Gesamtproduktionsvolumens des Unternehmens zu erhöhen (Prozessinnovation), während die Nutzeigenschaften von Liapor-Lichtkeramik-Aggregatfraktionen in den überwachten Parametern erhöht werden: Schüttgutgewicht und Volumengewicht des Getreides mit einer Garantie für minimale Zerkleinerungsbeständigkeit (Produktinnovation).
