Celem gł. projektu jest aktywizacja zawodowa 48 mieszkańców powiatów człuchowskiego (PC) i bytowskiego (PB) przez wsparcie rozwoju przedsiębiorczości i samozatrudnienia oraz wzrost liczby nowo powstałych mikroprzedsiębiorstw na ww. obszarach tj. o wysokiej stopie bezrobocia i niskim poz. aktywności gospodarczej w woj. pomorskim do 15.07.2018r. Celami szczegółowymi są: 1)umożliwienie założenia własnej działalności gospodarczej(DG) 35 uczestnikom projektu (UP) oraz utworzenie min. 4 dodatkowych miejsc pracy w nowych DG. 2)umożliwienie trwałości nowo utworzonych mikroprzedsiębiorstw przez min. 12 m. przez wsparcie pomostowe, specjalistyczne doradztwo i szkolenia 3)podniesienie wiedzy i umiejętności niezbędnych do założenia i prowadzania GD przez 48 UP. Grupa docelowa to 48 osób (w tym 28 K), mieszkańców PB i PC pozostających bez pracy (z wyłączeniem osób przed 30 rokiem życia), należące do następujących grup: kobiety,os. długotrwale bezrobotne, os. o niskich kwalifikacjach, os. niepełnosprawne. Działania: 1. Badanie predyspozycji do prowadzenia DG 2. Wsparcie szkoleniowo-doradcze: Diagnoza potrzeb szkoleniowo-doradczych, ABC przedsiębiorczości-szkolenie grupowe przygotowujące do założenia DG, Warsztaty biznesplanu-grupowe przygotowujące do sporządzenia biznesplanu planowanej inwestycji, Doradztwo indywidualne z przygotowania biznesplanu. 3. Dotacja inwestycyjna-bezzwrotna dotacja dla 35 UP na rozpoczęcie DG w wysokości 6-krotności przeciętnego wynagrodzenia za pracę. 4. Finansowe wsparcie pomostowe przez pierwsze 6 m. prowadzenia DG dla 35 UP w wysokości równej minimalnemu wynagrodzeniu za pracę oraz przedłużone wsparcie pomostowe dla 15 UP. 5. Pomostowe wsparcie doradczo-szkoleniowe obejmujące: specjalistyczne doradztwo indywidualne, specjalistyczne szkolenia grupowe. Najważniejszym efektem jaki projekt ma przynieść UP jest utworzenie i utrzymanie nowo powstałych mikroprzedsiębiorstw, co wpisuje się w cel szczegółowy Działania 5.7 RPO WP 2014-2020. (Polish)

The aim of the project is to promote the professional activation of 48 inhabitants of the districts of Człuchów (PC) and Bytowski (PB) by supporting the development of entrepreneurship and self-employment and the increase in the number of newly created micro-enterprises in the above mentioned areas, i.e. high unemployment rate and low economic activity in the Pomeranian Voivodeship by 15.07.2018. The specific objectives shall be: 1) enabling the establishment of own economic activity (DG) for 35 project participants (UPs) and creating at least 4 additional jobs in new DGs. 2) to enable the sustainability of newly created micro-enterprises by at least 12 m. by bridging support, specialised advice and training 3)improving the knowledge and skills necessary to set up and run GD by 48 UP. The target group is 48 people (including 28 K), residents of PB and PCs who are unemployed (excluding persons under the age of 30), belonging to the following groups: women, long-term unemployed, low-skilled people, people with disabilities. Actions: 1. Study on the predisposition to conduct DG 2. Training and advisory support: Diagnosis of training and advisory needs, ABC entrepreneurship-group training preparing for the establishment of DG, Business Plan-group workshops preparing to prepare a business plan for the planned investment, Individual advice on the preparation of the business plan. 3. Investment grant – non-refundable grant for 35 UP to start-up DG of 6 times the average wage for work. 4. Financial bridging support for the first 6 m of DG 35 up to minimum wage and extended bridging support for 15 UP. 5. Bridging advisory and training support including: specialist individual advice, specialised group training. The most important effect of the project is the creation and maintenance of newly created micro-enterprises, which is part of the specific objective of Action 5.7 ROP WP 2014-2020. (English)

L’objectif principal du projet est l’activation professionnelle de 48 habitants des districts de Człuchowski (PC) et de Bytowski (PB) en soutenant le développement de l’esprit d’entreprise et du travail indépendant et en augmentant le nombre de microentreprises nouvellement créées dans les zones susmentionnées, c’est-à-dire avec un taux de chômage élevé et une faible activité économique dans la voïvodie de Poméranie d’ici le 15 juillet 2018. Les objectifs spécifiques sont les suivants: 1)permettre à 35 participants au projet de mettre en place leur propre activité économique (DG) et de créer au moins 4 emplois supplémentaires dans les nouvelles DG. 2)permettre la durabilité des micro-entreprises nouvellement créées pour au moins 12 millions d’euros par le biais d’un soutien de transition, d’un conseil spécialisé et d’une formation 3)renforcer les connaissances et les compétences nécessaires à la mise en place et à la gestion de GD par 48 UP. Le groupe cible est de 48 personnes (dont 28 K), résidents de PB et PC qui sont sans emploi (à l’exclusion des personnes de moins de 30 ans), appartenant aux groupes suivants: les femmes, les chômeurs de longue durée, les personnes peu qualifiées, les personnes handicapées. Actions: 1. Étude de l’adéquation à la gestion de la DG 2. Formation et soutien consultatif: Diagnostic des besoins en matière de formation et de conseil, formation du groupe entreprenariat ABC en vue de la mise en place de la DG, Ateliers de plan d’entreprise-groupes préparant la préparation du plan d’entreprise de l’investissement prévu, Conseil individuel sur la préparation du plan d’entreprise. 3. Subvention à l’investissement — subvention non remboursable à 35 PO pour le démarrage des DG 6 fois le salaire moyen. 4. Soutien de transition financier pour les 6 premiers millions de gestion de la DG pour 35 UP égal au salaire minimum et soutien transitoire étendu pour 15 UP. 5. Assurer la liaison entre les services consultatifs et les services de formation, notamment: accompagnement individuel spécialisé, formation de groupe spécialisée. L’effet le plus important du projet est la création et le maintien de micro-entreprises nouvellement créées, ce qui fait partie de l’objectif spécifique de la mesure 5.7 ROP PP 2014-2020. (French)
