    Le projet est axé sur la recherche et le développement d’une nouvelle génération de buteurs à haut rendement. Les fabricants de babeurre disposeront d’un système de refroidissement efficace et d’une technologie de production de beurre considérablement améliorée pour répondre aux exigences en matière de production de beurre dans les zones climatiques chaudes du Moyen-Orient et de l’Asie du Sud. Le résultat du projet sera un prototype et un modèle d’utilité. (French)
