Projekt skierowany jest do 258 osób: 245 uczniów oddziałów przedszkolnych (OP) oraz 13 nauczycieli. Wsparciem zostaną objęte wszystkie placówki wych. przedsz. na terenie Gminy Czarna Dąbrówka Dąbrówka (G.Cz.D.): 3 oddziały SP Nożyno (1 nowy), 4 SP Rokity (1 nowy), 4 SP Cz. Dąbrówka, 2 SP Jasień. Celem projektu jest podniesienie jakości usług świadczonych w OWP oraz stworzenie trwałych miejsc wych. przedszk. Cele szczeg.: - zwiększenie liczby trwałych miejsc edu. przedsz.(utworzenie nowej 20-os. grupy w OP Nożyno, zwiększ. liczby miejsc w OP Rokity– 26 os.) i ich utrzymanie przez min. 2 lata po ukończeniu projektu - wsparcie rozwoju i edukacji dzieci w wieku przedszk. - podniesienie kompetencji i kwalifikacji nauczycieli wych. przedsz. - podniesienie świadomości rodziców w zakresie wpływu edu. przedsz. na rozwój dziecka Działania: - dostosowanie istniejącej bazy lokalowej przedszkoli do nowo tworzonych miejsc wych. przedsz.: adaptacja pomieszczeń, zakup i montaż wyposażenia w tym TIK, zakup pomocy dydakt. - przeprowadzenie dodatk. zajęć wyrównujących szanse edukacyjne dzieci w zakresie stwierdzonych deficytów: logopedia, gimn. korekcyjna, rytmika, integr. sensoryczna oraz zajęć ukierunkowanych na rozwój kompetencji klucz. i umiejętności uniwersalnych niezbędnych na rynku pracy: robotyka, j. angielski-dla 245 dzieci - dosk. zawodowe 13 nauczycieli wych. przedsz. poprzez podniesienie ich komp. i kwalifikacji do pracy z dziećmi: przeszkolenie 12 nauczycieli (praca z dzieckiem niepełnosprawnym, arteterapia, zaburzenia mowy, różne formy aktywizacji dzieci podczas pracy, wykorzyst. narzędzi TIK), studia podyplomowe z integr. sens.- 1 nauczyciel - przeprow. spotkań edu. z rodzicami - stworzenie gabinetu integracji sensorycznej Wsparcie oparte jest na wszechstr. diagnozie, uczestnicy bez projektu nie mają szans na rozwiązanie dotykających ich problemów i potrzeb, ponieważ pochodzą z obszar. wiejskich o ograniczonym dostępie do wyższej jakości usług edukacyjnych. The project is aimed at 258 people: 245 preschool students (OP) and 13 teachers. Support will be provided to all pre-existing outposts in the district of Czarna Dąbrówka Dąbrówka (G.Cz.D.): 3 branches SP Sciżyno (1 new), 4 SP Rokity (1 new), 4 SP Part. Dąbrówka, 2nd Jasień SP. The aim of the project is to improve the quality of the services provided in the PLO and to create permanent sites. Objectives in detail: — increase the number of permanent places of the ed. pres. (creating a new 20-person group in OP Nożyno, increase the number of seats in the OP Rokity – 26 people) and maintain them for at least 2 years after completion of the project – support for the development and education of children of pre-school age. — improving the competence and qualifications of teachers e.g. — raising parents’ awareness of the impact of edu. on the development of a child Actions: — adaptation of the existing premises of kindergartens to the newly created sites of the kindergarten: adaptation of premises, purchase and assembly of equipment including ICT, purchase of teaching aid. — carrying out additional activities to equalise children’s educational opportunities in terms of identified deficits: speech therapy, corrective gymnastics, rhythmics, sensory integration and activities aimed at developing key competences and universal skills necessary in the labour market: robotics, English-for 245 children – professional 13 teachers e.g. the previous ones by raising their comp. and qualifications to work with children: training 12 teachers (working with a disabled child, art therapy, speech disorders, various forms of child activation during work, use of ICT tools), postgraduate studies with integr. sens.- 1 teacher – an apology edu meetings with parents – creation of sensory integration cabinet Support is based on the omniscient diagnosis, participants without a project have no chance of solving problems and needs as they come from the area. Le projet s’adresse à 258 personnes: 245 élèves d’âge préscolaire (PO) et 13 enseignants. Tous les avant-postes de la municipalité de Czarna Dąbrówka Dąbrówka (G.Cz.D.) seront soutenus: 3 branches SP Kniżno (1 nouveau), 4 SP Rokity (1 nouveau), 4 SP Part. Dąbrówka, 2 SP Lumière. L’objectif du projet est d’améliorer la qualité des services fournis à l’OLP et de créer des places durables à l’avant-garde. Objectifs spécifiques: — augmenter le nombre de places permanentes en avant (création d’un nouveau groupe de 20 personnes dans l’OP Krzyżyno, augmenter le nombre de places dans l’OP Rokity — 26 per.) et leur entretien pendant au moins 2 ans après l’achèvement du projet — soutien au développement et à l’éducation des enfants du fourrage. — améliorer les compétences et les qualifications des enseignants. — sensibiliser les parents à l’impact du front de l’éducation sur le développement de l’enfant Actions: — adaptation des locaux existants des jardins d’enfants aux places préscolaires nouvellement créées: adaptation des locaux, achat et installation d’équipements, y compris TIC, achat de matériel pédagogique. — mettre en place des classes supplémentaires pour égaliser les possibilités d’éducation des enfants en fonction des déficits constatés: thérapies de la parole, collège correctif, rythmique, intégration sensorielle et activités axées sur le développement des compétences clés et des compétences universelles nécessaires sur le marché du travail: robotique, anglais-pour 245 enfants — preuve de 13 enseignants professionnels devant. en élevant leur comp. et leurs qualifications pour travailler avec les enfants: formation de 12 enseignants (travailler avec un enfant handicapé, artéthérapie, troubles de la parole, diverses formes d’activation des enfants au travail, utilisation d’outils TIC), études postuniversitaires avec intégration. — 1 enseignant — entretiens avec les parents — création d’un cabinet d’intégration sensorielle Le soutien repose sur un diagnostic complet, les participants sans le projet n’ont aucune chance de résoudre les problèmes et les besoins qui les touchent, parce qu’ils viennent de zones rurales avec un accès limité à des services éducatifs de qualité supérieure.
