Projekt obejmuje wsparciem ogółem 35 osób (33 kobiety-dalej K i 2 mężczyzn-dalej M, w tym 2 K z niepełnosprawnościami) z terenu wiejskiej Gminy Puck będących osobami:-bezrobotnymi lub biernymi zawodowo pozostającymi poza rynkiem pracy ze względu na obowiązek opieki nad dziećmi w wieku do lat 3, w tym osobami, które przerwały karierę zawodową ze względu na urodzenie dziecka lub przebywają na urlopach wychowawczych,-pracującymi, sprawującymi opiekę nad dziećmi do lat 3. Celem proj. jest zwiększone zatrudnienie wśród ww. grupy osób. Celami szczegółowymi są:-stworzenie rozwiązań ułatwiających ich powrót na rynek pracy oraz zwiększających szanse utrzymania pracy poprzez utworzenie dla ich dz. 35 nowych miejsc w nowym samorząd. żłobku w Starzynie, - powrót na rynek pracy po przerwie związanej z urodzeniem/wychowaniem dz. lub utrzymanie zatrudnienia przez 21 os. (20K,1M) pracujących i sprawujących opiekę nad dz. do lat 3,-znalezienie zatrudnienia albo jego poszukiwanie po zakończeniu proj. przez 14 os. (13K,1M) osób bezrobotnych lub biernych zawodowo pozostających poza rynkiem pracy ze względu na obowiązek opieki nad dz. do lat 3. Osiągnięcie celów nastąpi poprzez nast. działania:-Adaptację pomieszczeń w budynku w Starzynie na potrzeby żłobka (finans. częściowo z Programu Maluch),- zakup i montaż wyposażenia żłobka,-utworzenie i funkcjonowanie 35 miejsc opieki nad dz. do lat 3 w nowym żłobku samorząd. w Starzynie z których w okresie realizacji proj. skorzysta 35 dz. (17 dziew.,18 chł.) 35 opiekunów (33K,2M). Najważniejszym efektem proj., możliwym dzięki utworzeniu nowych 35 miejsc opieki nad dz. do lat 3 w Gm Puck będzie powrót na rynek pracy bądź utrzymanie zatrudnienia wśród 35 (33K,2M w tym 2 K z niepełnosprawnościami) beneficjentów. Efekty projektu będą trwałe, gdyż utworzone miejsca będą działać przez okres minimum ponad 2 lat po zakończeniu proj. Władze gminy zakładają ich wieloletnie funkcjonowanie. (Polish)

The project is supported by a total of 35 people (33 women – further K and 2 men – hereinafter M, including 2 K with disabilities) from the rural area of Puck who are:-unemployed or inactive persons who remain outside the labour market due to the obligation to care for children under the age of 3, including those who have interrupted their professional career due to the birth of a child or are on parental leave, working, caring for children under the age of 3. The aim of the project is to increase employment among these groups. The specific objectives are to:-create solutions to facilitate their return to the labour market and increase the chances of retaining work by creating them. 35 new places in the new self-government. crèche in Starzyn, – return to the labour market after a break related to birth/education, or maintenance of employment by 21 people. (20K,1M) working and caring for 3 years, finding employment or searching for it after the project has been completed by 14 persons. (13K,1M) of unemployed or inactive persons who remain outside the labour market due to the obligation to care for up to 3 years. The objectives will be achieved through the following action:-Adapting the premises in the building in Starzyn for the needs of the nursery (financial. partly from the Maluch Programme),- purchase and assembly of the equipment of the nursery,- creation and operation of 35 places of care for the 3s in the new nursery local government. in Starzyn, which during the project period will benefit 35 dz. (17 girls, 18 boys) 35 guardians (33K,2M). The most important result of the project, thanks to the creation of new 35 care facilities for up to 3 years in Gm Puck, will be the return to the labour market or maintaining employment among 35 (33K,2M including 2 K with disabilities) of the beneficiaries. The project’s effects will be permanent, as the created sites will operate for a minimum period of more than 2 years after the project is completed. Le projet soutient un total de 35 personnes (33 femmes — K et 2 hommes — M, dont 2 K handicapés) de la zone rurale de la municipalité de Puck qui sont:- des chômeurs ou des personnes économiquement inactives en dehors du marché du travail en raison de l’obligation de s’occuper d’enfants jusqu’à l’âge de 3 ans, y compris ceux qui ont interrompu leur carrière professionnelle en raison de la naissance d’un enfant ou qui sont en congé parental, travaillent et s’occupent d’enfants de moins de 3 ans. L’objectif du projet est d’accroître l’emploi de ces groupes de personnes. Les objectifs spécifiques sont les suivants:-créer des solutions pour faciliter leur réinsertion sur le marché du travail et améliorer leur employabilité en les créant pour eux. 35 nouvelles places dans la nouvelle collectivité locale de Starzyn, — retour sur le marché du travail après une interruption due à la naissance/éducation ou le maintien de l’emploi pour 21 personnes. (20K,1M) travailler et s’occuper jusqu’à 3 ans, trouver un emploi ou le chercher après la fin du projet pour 14 personnes. (13K.1M) chômeurs ou inactifs en dehors du marché du travail en raison d’obligations de soins jusqu’à 3 ans. Les objectifs seront atteints par les actions suivantes:-Adaptation des locaux dans le bâtiment de Starzyn pour les besoins de la crèche (financement. en partie du programme pour les tout-petits),- achat et installation d’équipements de crèche,-création et exploitation de 35 places de soins pour une durée maximale de 3 ans dans la nouvelle crèche autonome. à Starzyno, qui bénéficiera de 35 jours au cours de la période de mise en œuvre. (17 19, 18) 35 tuteurs (33K,2M). L’effet le plus important du projet, possible grâce à la création de 35 nouveaux centres de soins pour une durée maximale de 3 ans à Gm Puck, sera de retourner sur le marché du travail ou de maintenir l’emploi parmi 35 bénéficiaires (33 000,2 millions dont 2 K handicapés). Les résultats du projet seront durables, car les sites créés dureront au moins plus de 2 ans après la fin du projet. Les autorités municipales assument leur fonctionnement à long terme. (French)
