Projekt polega na wdrożeniu nowoczesnego Zintegrowanego Systemu Informatycznego (ZSI) optymalizującego procesy biznesowe oraz zintegrowanego z nim monitoringu obiektu. Realizacja inwestycji umożliwi zastosowanie TIK wpisujących się w następujące modele biznesowe: 1) B2B – prowadzący do automatyzacji współpracy z międzynarodowymi portalami rezerwacyjnymi oraz biurem rachunkowym, 2) B2C – optymalizujący procesy marketingu i sprzedaży w oparciu o TIK, 3) B2E – wprowadzający nowy proces zarządczy oraz automatyzujący przepływ informacji w hotelu. Optymalizacja procesów i wprowadzenie nowego procesu biznesowego będą miały charakter innowacji procesowej oraz nietechnologicznej (organizacyjnej i marketingowej). Monitoring zintegrowany z systemem pozwoli na zwiększenie bezpieczeństwa gości i przyspieszy proces meldunkowy. Celem wprowadzenia ZSI w przedsiębiorstwie konieczny jest zakup sprzętu komputerowego niezbędnego do prawidłowego wdrożenia ww. rozwiązań informatyczno-komunikacyjnych. (Polish)

The project involves the implementation of a modern Integrated Information System (ZSI) that optimises business processes and its integrated monitoring of the facility. The implementation of the investment will allow the use of ICTs that fit into the following business models: 1) B2B – leading to automation of cooperation with international booking portals and accounting office, 2) B2C – optimising marketing and sales processes based on ICT, 3) B2E – introducing a new management process and automating the flow of information in the hotel. Process optimisation and the introduction of a new business process will be process and non-technological (organisational and marketing) innovation. Monitoring integrated with the system will increase the security of guests and speed up the reporting process. In order to introduce ZSI in the company, it is necessary to purchase the computer equipment necessary for the proper implementation of the above-mentioned IT and communication solutions. (English)

Le projet consiste en la mise en place d’un système d’information intégré moderne (ZSI) optimisant les processus opérationnels et le suivi intégré de l’installation. La mise en œuvre de l’investissement permettra l’utilisation des TIC conformément aux modèles économiques suivants: 1) B2B — conduisant à l’automatisation de la coopération avec les portails de réservation internationaux et les bureaux de comptabilité, 2) B2C — optimisation des processus de marketing et de vente basés sur les TIC, 3) B2E — introduire un nouveau processus de gestion et automatiser le flux d’informations dans l’hôtel. L’optimisation des processus et l’introduction d’un nouveau processus d’affaires seront un processus et une innovation non technologique (organisation et marketing). La surveillance intégrée au système permettra d’accroître la sécurité des clients et d’accélérer le processus d’établissement de rapports. Afin d’introduire ZSI dans une entreprise, il est nécessaire d’acheter l’équipement informatique nécessaire à la bonne mise en œuvre des solutions informatiques et de communication susmentionnées.
