Objective:Increasing activity in 72 unemployed persons (excluding persons before the age of 30), living in areas with the highest unemployment rate in the Pomeranian Voivodeship (under the meaning of the CCC), belonging to all of the following groups: persons in 50 years and over,-8,women- 40(min.55 %UP),person with disabilities- 8(min.10 % UP),person long-term unemployed-14,person with low qualifications-22.The objective will be achieved by 31.07.18. Specific objectives: —vocational activation of at least 45 % of participants in the project.Professional activity is understood in the project as achieving permanent, i.e. permanent in.3 months, employment of existing persons left without employment, – increasing the employability of project participants The objectives will be carried out by comprehensive actions tailored to the individual needs of the University of Poland, as well as vocational training as part of the project, i.e. services for individualisation of support and assistance in the definition of professional path, personalisation of occupational training and professional advice. The most important effect the project is expected to give to its participants is to take up and maintain their work for at least 3 months(min.45 % of UP) and to obtain professional qualifications certified by at least 40 % of Project Participants.The project is part of the 3rd priority of the Europe 2020 strategy: inclusive development:supporting a high-employment economy, ensuring social cohesion (English)

CEL:Wzrost activité auprès de 72 chômeurs (à l’exclusion de ceux âgés de plus de 30 ans), résidant dans les zones où le taux de chômage est le plus élevé de la voïvodie de Poméranie (au sens du CC), appartenant à l’ensemble des groupes suivants: dans 50 ans et plus,-8,femmes- 40(min.55 %UP),personne handicapée- 8(min.10 % UP), chômeurs de longue durée-14,personnes peu qualifiées-22.L’objectif sera atteint d’ici le 31.07.18. Objectifs spécifiques: l’activation professionnelle d’au moins 45 % des participants au projet. L’activation professionnelle est comprise dans le projet comme conduisant à un emploi permanent, c’est-à-dire d’une durée de 3 mois, à l’embauche de chômeurs existants, — l’amélioration de l’employabilité des participants au projet. Les objectifs seront mis en œuvre au moyen d’actions globales adaptées aux besoins individuels de l’AAE diagnostiqué dans le cadre du projet, c’est-à-dire des services d’individualisation du soutien et de l’aide à la détermination du parcours professionnel, orientation professionnelle individuelle complétée par l’élaboration/mise à jour du plan d’action individuel et de l’orientation professionnelle de groupe, ateliers sur les techniques actives de recherche d’emploi et acquisition de compétences clés, formation conduisant au perfectionnement, au complément ou au changement de qualifications professionnelles aboutissant à l’obtention d’un certificat, à des stages visant à acquérir ou à compléter l’expérience professionnelle et à développer des compétences pratiques dans l’exercice de la profession concernée, médiation professionnelle. L’effet le plus important que le projet vise à donner à ses participants est de reprendre et de maintenir leur travail pendant au moins 3 mois (min. 45 % UP) et d’obtenir des qualifications professionnelles certifiées par au moins 40 % des participants au projet Le projet s’inscrit dans la troisième priorité de la stratégie Europe 2020: Croissance inclusive: une économie à haut niveau d’emploi, assurant la cohésion sociale (French)
