Projekt skierowany jest do 410 osób bezrobotnych (225K, 185M) zarejestrowanych w PUP w Chojnicach (z wyłączeniem osób przed ukończeniem 30 roku życia). Celem projektu jest zwiększenie możliwości zatrudnienia osób pozostających bez pracy - należących do grupy docelowej projektu, wymienionej w pkt. C.4 wniosku. Wsparcie realizowane będzie wyłącznie poprzez usługi i instrumenty rynku pracy określone w ustawie o promocji zatrudnienia i instytucjach rynku pracy, z wyłączeniem robót publicznych, w oparciu o pogłębioną analizę umiejętności, predyspozycji i problemów zawodowych danego uczestnika projektu w postaci Indywidualnego Planu Działania. W projekcie zaplanowano nast. działania: pogłębiona analiza umiejętności, predyspozycji i problemów zawodowych uczestnika projektu w postaci IPD, pośrednictwo pracy lub poradnictwo zawodowe, staże, prace interwencyjne, jednorazowe środki na podjęcie działalności gospodarczej, refundacja kosztów wyposażenia lub doposażenia stanowiska pracy, szkolenia. Projekt uwzględni zasady unijne (w tym zasadę równości szans i niedyskryminacji, w tym dostępności dla osób z niepełnosprawnościami i zasadę zrównoważonego rozwoju),prawodawstwo unijne i krajowe. The project is aimed at 410 unemployed (225K, 185M) registered at the PUP in Chojnice (excluding persons before the age of 30). The aim of the project is to increase the employability of people who are unemployed – belonging to the target group of the project mentioned in point. C.4 of the proposal. The support will be implemented exclusively through labour market services and instruments as defined in the Act on Employment Promotion and Labour Market Institutions, excluding public works, based on an in-depth analysis of skills, predispositions and professional problems of a given project participant in the form of an Individual Action Plan. The project plans for the following actions: in-depth analysis of skills, predispositions and professional problems of a project participant in the form of IPD, job intermediation or career guidance, traineeships, intervention work, one-off measures for taking up a business activity, reimbursement of equipment costs or job retrofitting, training. The project will take into account EU principles (including the principle of equal opportunities and non-discrimination, including accessibility for people with disabilities and the principle of sustainable development), EU and national legislation.
