Projekt pn. CEL PRACA! skierowany jest do grupy 80 osób (w tym 46K/32M) bezrobotnych i biernych zawodowo (z wyłączeniem osób przed ukończeniem 30 r.ż.) z powiatów: człuchowski, chojnicki, bytowski, pucki, wejherowski, nowodworski, malborski, z terenu woj. pomorskiego (zg z KC), należących do wszystkich poniższych grup: - os. w wieku 50 lat i więcej, - kobiety, - osoby z niepełnosprawnościami, - osoby o niskich kwalifikacjach, - osoby długotrwale bezrobotne. Celem głównym projektu jest zwiększenie możliwości zatrudnienia 80 Uczestników Projektu (46K/32M) bezrobotnych i biernych zawodowo, zamieszkałych na terenie powiatu człuchowskiego, chojnickiego, bytowskiego, puckiego, wejherowskiego, nowodworskiego i malborskiego (woj. pomorskie) poprzez kompleksowy program aktywizacji zawodowej do 30.04.2018 r. Główne zadania projektu: 1. Indywidualne doradztwo zawodowe z IPD (Lider). 2. Grupowe doradztwo zawodowe (Partner). 3. Szkolenia i kompetencje zawodowe (Lider/Partner). 4. Staże i coaching (Lider). 5. Indywidualne pośrednictwo pracy (Partner). Główne rezultaty projektu: - Liczba osób bezrobotnych (łącznie z długotrwale bezrobotnymi), objętych wsparciem w Programie: 56 osób, - Liczba osób długotrwale bezrobotnych objętych wsparciem w Programie: 10 osób, - Liczba osób biernych zawodowo objętych wsparciem w Programie: 24 osób, - Liczba osób z niepełnosprawnościami objętych wsparciem w Programie: 8 osób, - Liczba osób w wieku 50 lat i więcej objętych wsparciem w Programie: 10 osób, - Liczba osób o niskich kwalifikacjach objętych wsparciem w Programie: 16 osób, - Liczba osób pracujących po opuszczeniu programu: min. 36 osób, - Liczba osób, które uzyskały kwalifikacje po opuszczeniu programu: min. 28 osób. Formy wsparcia zostaną zrealizowane zgodnie z art. 18 Ustawy o Promocji Zatrudnienia i Instytucjach Rynku Pracy oraz Standardami realizacji wsparcia w zakresie Działania 5.2 RPO WP 2014-2020. The objective of PRACA! is addressed to a group of 80 people (including 46K/32M) unemployed and inactive (excluding persons before the end of 30) from powiats: Człuchowski, Chojnicki, Bytowski, Pucki, Wejherowski, Novodworski, Malborski, from the Pomeranian Voivodeship (GG from the KC), belonging to all of the following groups: — people aged 50 and over, – women, – people with disabilities, – low-skilled people, – long-term unemployed. The main objective of the project is to increase the employability of 80 Participants of the Project (46K/32M) unemployed and inactive professionally residing in the districts of Człuchowski, Chojnicki, Bytowski, Pucki, Wejherowski, Novodworski and Malborskie (Pomeranian Voivodeship) through a comprehensive programme of professional activation until 30.04.2018. 1. Individual professional counselling with IPD (Leader). 2. Group Vocational Consulting (Partner). 3. Vocational training and competence (Leader/Partner). 4. Internships and coaching. 5. Individual Job Intermediation (Partner). Main results of the project: — Number of unemployed (including long-term unemployed) supported by the Programme: 56 people, – Number of long-term unemployed supported in the Programme: 10 persons, – Number of economically inactive persons supported in the Programme: 24 people, – Number of people with disabilities supported in the Programme: 8 people, – Number of people aged 50 and over supported in the Programme: 10 people, – Number of low-skilled persons supported in the Programme: 16 people, – Number of people working after leaving the program: at least 36 people, – Number of people who were qualified after leaving the program: at least 28 people. Forms of support will be implemented in accordance with Article 18 of the Law on the Promotion of Employment and Labour Market Institutions and Standards for the implementation of support in the scope of Measure 5.2 of the ROP of the HR 2014-2020. Projet intitulé Objectif DE TRAVAIL! s’adresse à un groupe de 80 personnes (dont 46K/32M) sans emploi et inactives (à l’exclusion des personnes avant l’âge de 30 ans) provenant de districts: Człuchowski, Chojnicki, Bytowski, Pucki, Wejherowski, Novodworski, malborski, appartenant à l’ensemble des groupes suivants: — les personnes âgées de 50 ans et plus, les femmes, les personnes handicapées, les personnes peu qualifiées et les chômeurs de longue durée. L’objectif principal du projet est d’accroître les possibilités d’emploi de 80 participants au projet (46K/32M) de personnes sans emploi et inactives résidant dans les districts de Człuchowski, Chojnicki, Bytowski, Pucki, Wejherowski, Novodworski et malborski (Voïvodie de Poméranie) par un programme complet d’activation professionnelle jusqu’au 30.04.2018. 1. Orientation professionnelle individuelle avec IPD (Leader). 2. Orientation professionnelle de groupe (partenaire). 3. Formation et compétence professionnelles (chef/partenaire). 4. Stages et coaching (Leader). 5. Intermédiation individuelle de l’emploi (Partenaire). Principaux résultats du projet: — Nombre de chômeurs (y compris les chômeurs de longue durée) soutenus par le programme: 56 personnes, — Nombre de chômeurs de longue durée soutenus par le programme: 10 personnes, — Nombre de personnes inactives soutenues par le programme: 24 personnes, — Nombre de personnes handicapées bénéficiant d’un soutien dans le cadre du programme: 8 personnes, — Nombre de personnes âgées de 50 ans et plus soutenues par le programme: 10 personnes, — Nombre de personnes peu qualifiées soutenues par le programme: 16 personnes, — Nombre de personnes travaillant après avoir quitté le programme: minimum 36 personnes, — Nombre de personnes qualifiées après avoir quitté le programme: min. 28 personnes. Les formes de soutien seront mises en œuvre conformément à l’article 18 de la loi sur la promotion de l’emploi et des institutions du marché du travail et aux normes pour la mise en œuvre de l’aide dans le domaine de la mesure 5.2 du PP ROP 2014-2020.
