(bez zatrudnienia przez nieprzerwany okres min.12 m-cy), os. o niskich kwalifikacjach, os. nienależące do gr. wskazanych powyżej (mężczyźni 30-49 lat), ich udział nie może przekroczyć 20% ogólnej liczby os. wspartych w projekcie, imigranci (w tym os. polskiego pochodzenia), reemigranci. Planowane formy wsparcia: szkolenia, jednorazowe środki na podjęcie działalności gosp., staże, refund.kosztów wypos. lub dopos. stanowiska pracy, pr. interwencyjne, dofinan. do wynagrodzenia bezr., który ukończył 50.r.ż., pośrednictwo pracy, poradnictwo zawodowe. Projekt realizowany w oparciu o kryterium minim. efekt.zatrudnieniowej, mierzonej na podstawie zasad określonych w Wytycznych w zakresie realizacji przedsięwzięć z udziałem środków EFS w obszarze rynku pracy na lata 2014-2020. Wskaźnik efekt.zatrudnieniowej: dla os. w najtrudniejszej sytuacji (os. w wieku 50 lat i więcej, kobiety, os. z niepełnosprawnościami, os. dług. bezrobotne, os. z niskimi kwalifikacjami, imigranci, reeigranci)–min. 45%; dla pozostałych os. nienależących do ww. grup–min.60%. Project aimed at increasing employment for unemployed persons (excl. persons before the end of 30), implemented exclusively through the services and instruments of the labour market defined in the Employment Promotion Act (..), excl. public works, based on an in-depth analysis of skills, predispositions and professional problems of a participant.project in the form of an IPD referred to in Article 34a of the above-mentioned Act and belonging to at least 1 gr. a person aged 50 years and over, women, persons with disabilities, long-term merch. (without employment for an uninterrupted period of min.12 months), low-skilled people, non-members of the game indicated above (men 30-49 years), their share must not exceed 20 % of the total number of people supported by the project, immigrants (including Polish origin), reemigrants. Planned forms of support: training, one-off measures for taking up the activity of gosp., internships, refund.possible costs or additions to workstations, pr. intervention, dofinan. to pay no., who finished 50.r., employment intermediation, professional guidance. Project implemented on the basis of the mini-employment effect criterion, measured on the basis of the principles set out in the Guidelines for the implementation of ESF measures in the labour market area for the period 2014-2020. Employment effect indicator: for people in the most difficult situations (persons aged 50 years and over, women, people with disabilities, debt. unemployed, low-skilled people, immigrants, reegrants)–min. 45 %; for other non-members of these groups-min.60 %. Projet visant à accroître le chômage (sauf avant 30 ans), réalisé exclusivement par le biais de services et d’instruments du marché du travail tels que définis dans la loi sur la promotion de l’emploi (..), à l’exclusion des travaux publics, sur la base d’une analyse approfondie des compétences, des prédispositions et des problèmes professionnels du participant concerné sous la forme d’un DPI visé à l’article 34 bis de la loi susmentionnée et appartenant à au moins l’un des éléments suivants: à l’âge de 50 ans et plus, les femmes, les personnes handicapées, les personnes en absence de longue durée. (sans emploi pendant une période ininterrompue d’au moins 12 mois), les personnes peu qualifiées qui n’appartiennent pas aux barèmes indiqués ci-dessus (hommes de 30 à 49 ans), leur part ne peut excéder 20 % du nombre total de personnes soutenues par le projet, d’immigrants (y compris ceux d’origine polonaise), de réémigrants. Formes de soutien prévues: formation, fonds ponctuels pour la mise en place d’un GOSP., stages, remboursements. frais d’installation ou de poste, intervention, dofinan. au salaire de no, diplômé du 50e siècle, placement, orientation professionnelle. Projet mis en œuvre sur la base du critère de l’effet minimal sur l’emploi, mesuré sur la base des principes énoncés dans les lignes directrices pour la mise en œuvre de projets impliquant des fonds du FSE dans le domaine du marché du travail pour la période 2014-2020. Indicateur d’impact sur l’emploi: pour les plus vulnérables (personne âgée de 50 ans et plus, femmes, personnes handicapées, endettement, chômeurs, personnes peu qualifiées, immigrants, réeigranci) — min. 45 %; pour les autres personnes n’appartenant pas aux groupes susmentionnés, au moins 60 %.
