Podstawowym celem działań związanych z postępowaniem z odpadami, w tym komunalnymi i niebezpiecznymi, jest zmniejszenie obciążenia środowiska naturalnego związanego z niezrekultywowanym wysypiskiem odpadów w Zaklikowie.Celem głównym projektu jest:likwidacja zagrożeń środowiskowych stwarzanych przez zamknięte składowisko odpadów w Gminie Zaklików poprzez jego rekultywacje. Do celów szczegółowych projektu należą:-minimalizacja i eliminacja zagrożeń wynikających z składowania odpadami wytwarzanymi w sektorze komunalnym;-uporządkowanie gospodarki odpadami,-likwidacja zagrożeń odcieków i zanieczyszczeń wód gruntowych, podziemnych, cieków i zbiorników wodnych, -likwidacja zagrożeń epidemiologicznych, -zmniejszenie emisji gazów cieplarnianych, -unikanie niekontrolowanych pożarów, -poprawa zagospodarowania przestrzennego gminy i ochrony krajobrazu,-wzmocnienie ochrony rezerwatów przyrody, parków krajobrazowych, zespołów przyrodniczo – krajobrazowych, pomników przyrody, obszarów Natura 2000 -wprowadzenie nowoczesnych technologii monitorowania stanu składowiskaPrzedmiotem projektu jest wykonanie nastepujących prac:1. Rekultywacje mechaniczną2. Rekultywację biologiczną3. Roboty pielęgnacyjne4. Wykonanie infrastruktury monitoringu5. Wykonanie ścieżki dydaktycznej6. The primary objective of waste management activities, including municipal and hazardous waste, is to reduce the environmental burden associated with the unreclaimed landfill in Zaklików.The main objective of the project is: to eliminate the environmental risks posed by a closed landfill in Zaklików Municipality through its rehabilitation. The specific objectives of the project include:-minimisation and elimination of risks arising from the disposal of waste generated in the municipal sector;-organisation of waste management,--removal of risks of leaching and pollution of groundwater, underground water, watercourses and reservoirs, -removal of epidemiological hazards, -reducing of modern greenhouse gas emissions, – avoidance of uncontrolled fires, -improving the spatial development of the municipality and landscape protection, -reinforcement of the conservation of natural landscapes, -reducing of modern greenhouse gases, – avoidance of uncontrolled fires, -improvement of the spatial development of the municipality and landscape protection, -strengthening of conservation of natural landscapes, conservation of natural landscapes, conservation of natural landscapes, conservation of natural landscapes, conservation of natural landscapes and conservation of natural landscapes. L’objectif principal des activités liées à la gestion des déchets, y compris les déchets municipaux et dangereux, est de réduire la charge environnementale liée à la décharge non récupérée à Zaklików. Le projet a pour principal objectif: les risques environnementaux que présente la décharge fermée de Zaklików grâce à sa réhabilitation. Les objectifs spécifiques du projet sont les suivants:-minimisation et élimination des risques liés à la mise en décharge des déchets produits dans le secteur municipal;- gouvernance de la gestion des déchets,-élimination des risques de lixiviation et de pollution des eaux souterraines, des eaux souterraines, des cours d’eau et des réservoirs, -élimination des risques épidémiologiques, -réduction des émissions de gaz à effet de serre, -évitement des incendies incontrôlés, -amélioration de l’aménagement urbain et de la protection du paysage;-renforcer la protection des réserves naturelles, des parcs paysagers, des ensembles naturels et paysagers, des monuments naturels, des sites Natura 2000 — l’introduction de technologies modernes pour surveiller l’état de la déchargeL’objet du projet est de réaliser les travaux suivants:1. Réhabilitation mécanique2. Réhabilitation biologique3. Robots infirmiers4. Mise en œuvre de l’infrastructure de surveillance5. Exécution de la voie d’enseignement6.
